I recently have a bad experience with this company. We moved out about a month ago and we still have not received our deposit they keep going around in circles, not only that but somehow their maintenance costs the entire deposit amount over 9K of charges that don’t even make sense most of them being wear and tear or things we found that way even stated in the incoming inspection. They refuse to cooperate and so housing tribunal is the next step as money does not grow on trees.
I’ve been using their services since 2022 and it’s been wonderful and very helpful. I’m happy with them
I had agreed with the consultant for a certain device and recieved a device completely different from it. Can you please rectify it or just cancel the contract because just tracking the order was enough of a headache
If I could rate them 0 I would. This company is a complete scam. They are incompetent and do so at your expense. They send utility statements that don’t make sense and don’t fix their mess even when they were wrong. They send you statements late and expect you to pay crazy amounts after cutting off your power. The staff is horrible and instead of addressing your issue they disappear and leave you alone for hours until they close without assisting you. I have decided to go the legal route since they are all useless. I don’t understand how they are even n business. I am going to make sure the consumer’s Act knows about the nonsense you do!!
The worst company I have ever dealt with. I signed up with these people when 2020 began I only used their facility for a month and then lockdown was enforced. They continued debiting throughout lock down every single week until I accumulated a ridiculous amount of bank charges. I tried cancelling my contract but they don't cooperate.Now they make calls throufh dodgy lawyers and demand payment...very inflated monies of which I don't know. They should be called out by authorities. They even threaten to blacklist you
Had the most horrible experience with this bus. First the bus arrived late, our bags were not marked with stickers which led to us losing our bag...had I not marked it myself the person I swapped bags with would have not been able to contact me. The bus got stuck in pietermaritzburg at around 9pm we were told that they want to fix the aircon...the driver said this by the way....after an hour we learn that something else came off and now the bus can't move. A mechanic was not called until we the passengers started complaining. At some point people had to "compete' for spaces in other buses ..which was so dehuminising...you would swear we didn't pay for the trip the way we were being treated. After being able to run to another bus in time at around 00:00 we only made it in Pretoria at around 8pm....3hrs later than expected. It was the most exhausting evening I've ever encountered with a bus line . The staff is the worst...not helpful whatsoever!! Its complete nonsense!!
