I am very disappointed on how my 2 Pot claim is being handled. I did everything on the 3rd and on the 9th got a call that there was an error and they will rectify and start with the process. A week later after following up I am only getting an update that they are starting with the process. This is very not professional. Business like Sanlam process theirs within 5 days and with Sygnia we have to beg for follow ups everytime as the system also does not update. When can I expect my funds?
I have experienced the bad I can even say worse experience this time around with Takealot. My delivery was supposed to have been done on Friday, nothing happened and later on the rescheduled. My wife had to cancel her plans for this delivery. Then promised to be delivered on Saturday still nothing happened. Not sure if this is the new drivers trend or what.
Loan process application. The process automation is not fair and works against consumers
I am a bit worried about tge support I am getting from this bank that I grew to love. I app**** for a loan and it was declined furthermore I applealed after that they declined again recording wrong Gross and net. No one asked for my payslip and worse my salary gets paid to this bank. I wonder how they check things. I only have 2 accounts that I am paying for and they also noted I have many accounts with balance. One of the 2 accounts is their credit card. Can I get schooled how you do your calculations. I thought banking with Discovery will bring joy and now I regret leaving Nedbank.
I submitted a withdrawal from my vested pot and now they are advising that they are waiting for an ROT from the receiving funds. My question is how does this impacted the funds to be withdrawn as they do not form part of the funds to be transfered?
I am so disappointed with the service I am getting from HiFi Corporation. I bought a device to surprise my son to end up being the one surprised and looking like a fool in his face. Online, the device was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days. It's almost 2 weeks now. When Cresta branch calls, they always promise and do not deliver. Can someone please assist as this is getting out of hand now, please... - Order#501053982. I can not keep on promising my son lies now due to the lack of service I am getting.
I am disappointed with how this huge company treats its clients I have been calling them since Tuesday to get my delivery status as they do not communicate. Luckily on Wednesday managed to get hold of someone and was promised that by Friday, I would get my delivery. Guess what, all I got was a missed call, and on the secondary number I provided, they did not even call. Worse, the driver was not even close to where I stay. When I managed to get the driver, I was asked a question about whether I was home, like they would deliver and nothing. The response that I got was that I am far. DSV honestly is far better than you when it comes to service. Please fix Customer Service to be able to retain business. Stop paying for people who show face and pay for thinkers and innovators. Ref for my Shipment - JDD5000103247001. At this stage, I just want to cut ties and get my delivery. I wonder why you were selected by HIFI CORP to make deliveries.
I really am regretting using Bonitas recently. My son is ADHD and for the sessions before him being diagnosed, the fund could pay for the sessions with the psychologist under mental health. Now to ensure that he gets the best care and treatment, it was advised that he start seeing an Occupational the******, and to my surprise, they do not cover that under Mental Health for some reason, and my request to add this as PMB was declined. The sessions are for only 6 months, and they act like we do not pay monthly payments to ensure that we are always covered. It's sad that we pay, and when they decline the requests, they do not even recommend what other steps you can follow. I used to love this medical aid but now thinking twice.
I am really not happy with the service i am being given with this company. When I signed up I asked for everything to be completed by the 25th as I work from home and when I call I am being told that they can not promise anything. I work from home and this is really inconveniencing for me. I have a service provider that I am planning on cancelling and which bills on the 25th, how will I do that if I do not even have connectivity?????
