I ordered a sava large pizza's from Roman's and my payment when off, as I was tracking delivery guy he "Mduduzi" scooter registration number "LP09FZGP" was not moving, kept rounding in circles until a stand still, my order kept increasing estimated delivery time from 18:05 until 19:59 keeps increasing, tried to call the driver doesn't pick up calls or messages, true caller id name is different from name on Uber profile. Spam reviews witness that driver is a ****mer, takes deliveries and doesn't deliver rightful people, what is wrong with Uber Eats security, how does one trust this company going forward when they can't even have trusted employees, I want my R186.90.
I would like to lay a complaint against the the Dash driver, Godfrey Murumba, who abandoned my order without reason before calling me to confirm the order. It is highly unappreciated and lack of customer service. my order number was #o1526400652 and I ordered 4 items with anticipation only to be dissapointed and let down by a driver who didn't want to do their job accordingly, am really frustrated and would like to be reimbursed
Decided to get a 3pc meal at this outlet in Bankcity, service was extremely slow, unapologetic, cashier had no change, as I paid with R100 note, I had to wait for someone to pay in cash to get my change, then I get my meal after waiting long for it and noticed there wasn't a cold drink included, was furious and extremely hungry, I expected more from hungry lion am absolutely disappointed.
Worst experience ever. Been trying to close my account since last month with no assistance and luck.. Paid the amount due on the 20th April instead of using my ID as reference I used my full name, without any knowledge where of, sent it to closedaccounts@ragesa.co.za and payments@ragesa.co.za and attached my bank statement confirmating payment but when I login and have a look at the statement it's incurring charges and hasn't been closed as per my request. I demand my account to be closed, I have been calling and emailing with no help whatsoever

I made payment of R698. 75 on the 20th January 2024 and now I've realized my services were cut off for an outstanding amount of R559, today... Don't Rain update payments or check recent payment, this counts as bad customers service and their work is not effecient.
As I was about to request for a trip, I realized I have a unpaid fee, I was charged for canceling a ride that the driver had **** about being there, stated he arrived, made me sit in the blazing hot sun, communicating with him, stating that he is upon arrival whereas he was not, literally looked at every corner trying to find the alleged "arrived" driver. How on earth is that my fault, when I try to utilize your services am your drivers do arrive and cancel the trip themselves. This is utterly nonsense, I refuse to pay R12, 50 for utterly nonsensical *******.
I made a partial payment of R139. 75 on the 21st of December, but i noticed that today my wifi has been cut off, why was I asked to make that partial payment if my wifi would not last till end of December, am appalled at the services as I cannot get through to the call center and email to make enquiries.
It was my date to take my toddlers 4 and 2years for their immunization, I got there at the premises at 10am sharp only to be queueing in the windy weather with my kids, and minimal food to eat in their backpack until being helped at 4:30 pm, the nurses all went to lunch and tea break, whilst a security mopped the floors and when some mothers had given up and turned back some decided to raise their voices and ask why we are not getting any help, we have kids, some infants, having to wait for that amount of hours is intolerable, UNPROFESSIONAL, out of hand and mostly unexpected. Apparently from what some mothers say this is "the norm' that's how they carry out Services at Jeppe CLINIC.APPALLED
Me and my family decided to to GET some KFC at Kensington Johannesburg driveway, we placed our orders and cam a across a very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and ATTITUDE FILLED employee by the name of WELCOME, who shoved our receipt in hand and gave us the up and down look, no customer service skills, no sense of welcome and pure rudeness. I therefore demanded to see the manager but was held back by my partner. I am in absolute Awe and Disgust at Welcome from KFC, KENSINGTON
