My mom took a bus to the northern Cape on Sunday and was supposed to come back on Wednesday night but due to unfortunate circumstances she had to come back home Wednesday during the day.... Ending up not taking the bus, when she went to intercape to ask for a refund she was told that we can't be refunded because she didn't call 48 hours before the time... My argument is that how would a person know 48 hours in advance that there would be a unforesen incident that would require her immediate attention.... We spoke to the tellers and they told us we can take the matter to complains however she doesn't believe that we are not going to be refunded
I don't know how I can thank Hello Peter for their assistance with my matter concerning Avon... My matter has been taken care of and I was helped... I appreciate your help.....
Avon has been a thorn in my skin... I have been struggling to get my name cleared by Avon to no success... I am now getting called from people who claims they are from deal flow attorneys on behalf of Avon in request for me to Pay my account. I have asked them to send me a statement of whatever they say I owe them yet no response from their side..I have been sending email been imn contact with a lady via WhatsApp an still no response of my statement I have sent proof of payment I once made a year ago when they started this thing of me owing them. I am tired of being harnessed...
Clientele has become frauds in this hard times they withdraw money from my mom's account without a Debicheck or having any business with my Mom... Clientele together with Capitec has stole my Mom's money when we go reverse it we are told by consultants that we should go open a case against them... How does that work... Lebohang from Capitec Bank in Lemo Mall Bloemfontein told my mother that she must go open a case for them to be able to help her since when she we open case for our debit orders to be reversed more over the once that was done without our approval?
Went to the Mr Price Home at Waterfront Mall in Bloemfontein and got a very good service from one of the male staff that had advised accordingly with th type of Blinds that I wanted to purchase.....Truly appreciate the help and friendly service
MFC has the most incompetent staff that does not write feedback on their system thus calling one person 20-15 times a day. My mom received a call from Branda "from MFC" where she told my mom that they have been giving people lockdown relief, which made things much easier for my mom as my income had been affected by the lockdown making it very hard to come up with the money, this Branda lady then told my mom that she will receive a call end July to either extend the relief fund or not, I had started going back to work in June not even getting paid half of my salary due to the strain the lockdown had on my employer, July my mom's dad passed away where by she had to use the machine money for the funeral so last week this Brenda lady calls my mom and tells my mom she should provide proof that lockdown has affected her finance so my mom submitted my payslip clearly showing my salary and she also submitted my late grandfather's death certificate she then asked that she get enough extension because she is having a house that she is in the process of selling and as soon as the house is sold she will make payment to the car,after my mom provided the documents to MFC she gets a call from Brenda saying MFC has declined the request but the lady that was helping my mom Chantel which my mom send the documents to is not responding and Brenda is only saying that MFC declined without reasons to why. I'm under the impression that Chantel and Brenda wants to repo my mom's car cause its only left with less then R30 000 payment on it and its still in a good condition only to sell it to a buyer that they had already promised as we all know that's how the repo people work. I would like to know isn't there anywhere where we can report this Repo companies that are harresing us like this ....I mean you can not say to a person that she will be able to get extension on the lockdown relief fund and the next it's declined without a valid reason..funny enough there is no reference for this whole thing ..Why isn't MFC communicating with my mom why do they talk via the Repo company......
I want to thank Hello Peter for a speedy response to my complain that I launched on Tuesday 17December 2019 with regard treatment that my mom got at MFC..the matter was resolved and they reached a conclusion which she got a reference number for and a direct person who is dealing with her claim...Thank you very much.....you really brought hope again, lately we can't complain anywhere cause the people we complain to end up working together with the People who harrass us....
This Municipality of Emthanjeni is filled with people who do not know they work my Mother has been requesting from them her needed tax papers to submit for her tax returns of the money she won on a legal case she had with this Municipality and instead of awarding her the mentioned money tax free they taxed my mother and they didn't even do a good job whereby they only taxed first payment and they didn't declare it with SARS since July 2019 my mother has been calling back and forth with these people yesterday the financial clerk by the name of Tshaya told my mom that she had forwarded her the IaRP5 she should go to SARS and submit after almost 6 months of fighting back and forth they tell her to go submit the papers herself after they did not do they jobs proper .......My mom has been unemployed and the only money that rightfully belongs to her can not come to her cause of incompetent people that are hired cause they know someone or because they give out something to get the job....It's December already can someone please talk to the people of Emthanjeni Municipality to pay my mom what is rightfully hers cause she has gone for legal advices but to no avail
My mom is being harrassed by the MFC staff....just before month end November my mom received a call from a lady called Sindy who claims sh was from MFC head office with regard to her car payments of which they came up with a certain amount that my mom should pay and she gave her a reference number for her account,my mom then payed the car the amount they agreed on last week to my mom's surprise she receives a call from a guy named Mbalula who tells her he is going to repo my mom's car my mom then provides him with a reference number that Sindy gave her and this Mablula guy tells my mom that reference number does not stand anymore of which no one called to notify her he then told my mom to pay R10 000or her car will be repossessed ,he then said he was send by Christine this Christine when she calls my mom she gets so personal with my mom to a pint my mom feels like she should retaliate .my mom came up with R7000 and she got an SMS telling her that she should pay R2500 which did not give her a due date....this Mablula guy is threatens my mom they are harrassing her to a point that it is starting to affect her health....is it right that they should harrase my mom like this even though she is still making payments to the care?can someone help cause it seems like our complains are falling on deaf ears
