I've had an insurance for 20 years with Outsurance, now that I need to claim not only is the claim advisor rude but we not getting any joy, firstly i was told to get my own plumber. Which i paid from my own pocket, How is the excess fee over 4500, my pension income is not even that amount. They were supposed to bring someone to come check noone pitched up i had to call them again... for them to say they will send someone tomorrow, we sitting 2 days without water. What kind of **** are you running, worse you **** pensioners. What you say on TV is not true.
Bought a heater when I got the heater it was not what I wanted, tried to return the next day was told at Makro strubenvalley that they couldn't assist as they didn't have stock of it logged a return call, was told it will be collected Saturday, 2 days later nothing when I call to follow nobody knows anything other than it's been delayed. I want my money and yall better come collect this heater I will never buy anything from Makro online the service is horrible
The worst kind of service on cellc call center, treating paying customer like ****, the cancellation department is non existent, agents 1 speaks to are rude and dont mind dropping a call on a person. cellc cancel my contract
Horrible service, been trying to cancel a month to month contract in keep being pushed from pillar to post, I don't know how many times I called the call center, I keep being told I'm being transferred and go back in the same loop, PLEASE CELLC CANCEL 0604793858 and 0630076265 put the numbers on prepaid. I can longer afford being on contract
If there was a 0 star i would have sent that your service is beyond horrible, you making empty promises on every call, you took my money with no hassles i have been waiting for you to clear my name but you just gave me the run around, If you can't help please refund me so i can get a company that is competent enough to clear my name
Disappointed is understatement, I have paid this company and what was promised has not been, I keep calling and sending emails, WORSE of all you mixed up my details with someone else, you keep wanting me to send documents that I previously sent Either you help or pay my money back.. It's been 5 months since I made my last payment to you guys I'm still waiting for the clearance letter
How do you guys do business, I received a call last week after a complained till today I am waiting for the email it can't take you 7 days to send an email on a statement, I just received an email that my account has been handed over how so I never missed a premium or anything so I need clarity on that, getting through your call center is mission
I had a cheque account with you guys, it had an overdraft that I was owing, I need to know how much I'm owing so I can close it, I have been paying 750 monthly but I'm not getting statement, can I please have a statement. On my credit report it says closed, I don't have what that means.
