By selling Retatrutide online, Leolab is not only acting *******ly, but also putting consumers at significant risk. Retatrutide is still very much experimental and is still undergoing clinical trials overseas. The risks are wholly unknown and cannot be extrapolated from the existing similar, but tested and registered medications that available in South Africa, such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro. The consumers are not monitored by a medical professional, and side effects are being noted by several doctors. This dangerous abuse of a substance is guaranteed to lead to trouble. Please don't be impatient and take chances with your health. Use the available medications properly until the trials are completed and Retatrutide is registered as safe to use.
It's hard to tell which has a lower moral code of conduct, OneDayOnly or the courier companies they use, Fastway couriers and DPD laser. OneDayOnly allows vendors to offer fantastic bargains on items they clearly never had stock of to begin with, and the 2 courier companies are not just inefficient, but deceptive and evasive when they are approached about long delays in delivery. Fastway couriers move the parcels from one bay to another each day and they never seem to make it into a truck to get delivered. I have one parcel that I'm tracking that has been from North bay 1 on 9/12 to East Bay 3, West Bay 4 and has now been sitting in West Bay 5 since yesterday. Don't waste your time with online or whatsapp queries as you will never receive a response from those. Actually don't know how to get a delivery from them, and will probably have to approach ICASA to get a result. DPD laser were informed of the existence of my parcel on 5/12 but, according to their parcel tracking, they have "not taken receipt of your parcel yet". That's 8 days later! Surely that just means they haven't collected it yet? Is that not the whole point of a courier company, to collect a parcel from a supplier, and deliver it?! As with Fastway, I have had no response to several queries and I will likely have to go through ICASA to get my parcels. I have used many courier companies before, and Fastway and DPD laser are the worst, bad beyond comprehension. Honestly, do yourself a favour and use ANY other courier company and you will be better off by far! As for OneDayOnly, if they cannot honour their sales, and if they deal with courier companies of such a dubious nature, I won't be buying from them again. You can often get the goods at the same price on another site like Takealot anyway, who deliver within 3 days, so I truly recommend using them rather!

On 21 May I ordered and paid for a desk which would take up to 2 weeks to arrive, but a day or so later I received an SMS saying the branch at Northriding was now open for collections. I asked if I could collect it from the store rather and I agreed that the order could be transfered to the store if they had stock. The order was transfered and on the 26th the assistance manager sent an email asking what the order was for and I replied immediately giving all the details. Yesterday midday, after my sending several emails to him asking what was happening, he sent an email saying they had no desks, and again asked what exactly it was I had ordered. I sent the details again, and since then he has not replied to my emails or phone calls. If I had just continued with the online order I would have had the desk in the next day or so. It is disgusting that a company can happily take your money and will then ignore your attempts to communicate with them. I would not recommend them at all and would suggest you rather go somewhere else for furniture.
On 11 December I ordered 5 items online which were given to the courier for delivery 6 days ago. 2 days ago I eventually got through to the call centre after half an hour of waiting, and was told that as it had already gone to the courier there was little that Makro could do. I have emailed the 'customer care' department twice and over 24 hours later I have not had a single response. If Makro's couriers cannot handle the delivery of goods, perhaps Makro needs to rethink who it outsources this to. Reading some other reviews, I appears this is not an uncommon problem, regardless of the time of year. I can't believe that Makro has no influence on a delivery once it has gone to the courier, but if that's true, their concern with making sure you actually receive your goods is appallingly lacking. I would it appreciate it if someone from Makro could either get the courier to deliver these items, or let me know who the courier is and how to contact them, so that I can follow up on this if Makro can't be bothered to.
