Every time I have a credit in my wallet, my app gets refreshed or renewed. Then I lose my whole history. This morning again, NEW app. But is not working at all. Planning ones day in this town is just crazy.
When you try to contact them, they redirect you to download the app. Just so you can go through EVERYTHING on the app AGAIN! Then via the app they ask you to email AGAIN. No connection and no HUMAN interaction at all! Poorservice. My parcel has been in trancit in China for 5 days!
Gapp Cover is a ****!! My wife was treated "IN HOSPITAL" under a "SPECIALIST" most defenately, an Angio Gram was performed. Now they still state it was not cancer related. After paying Gapp Cover for many years they never intended on covering nothing in their policy. It is a lie!! One big fat lie! ****. *********** staff! They are so stupid.
Discovery just covers up their bad service. I submitted a complain and did a Hello Peter review on the 25th. They immediately rep**** to "look good". But NOTHING has been done yet! No responce, no mails, no phonecalls. We spent over R500 in airtime to sort this out, but no one answers and the *********** people just redirect the call. Please do not blow smoke. Do something.
We have been paying R600 for Gapp Cover from 2021. Twice we have tried to claim, every time with excuses. Discovery Gap Cover covers shortfalls on approved in-hospital specialist claims. We have this on paper. Now they are claiming "sorry, it is not cancer related". We are not getting any feedback or help. We took out a FULL gapp cover. 500% in hospital cover, we did not adhere to a cancer policy. I have a list of what they MUST pay. Why are they not helping us? This is a ****. They are looking for excuses not to pay claims. My wife was in ICU, hospitilized. This was "in-hospital claims". We are struggling with incompetend BEE employees that is NOT willing to help or look in to our case. They just blow us off . . "Not cancer related" We have paid more than R25000 in premiums, but they do not want to pay R10 000 now? When will they pay? Never? When I get cancer? Not happy at all. ****

Wow! Last night a whole estate was in danger of heavily armed men. The credentials behind what happened can not be disclosed. But a loud shout out to Sun Security for their super quick response! Under 60 seconds I am sure! They caught most of the ********s red handed in conjunction with other forces. Thank you for keeping us safe Sun!
We have been trying to get Lydenburg Branch to do a relocation for 3 days now! They are not contacting us and we are moving. No response or help from no one and no one is answering their numbers.
We got ****med in paying a R2000 transaction on Thursday. It was a card payment. Our private banker assisted us with the forms and sent it to the Dispute department. This morning the Blance cleared and the money is no longer on "pending". Now we are never going to get it back. Why could they not put a hold on it if they new the weekend is laying ahead? We pay for banking, but God forbit you should not try and get help over a weekend.
This is the last week we will be waiting for the phone! It should have been our son's Birthday present. If they do bot deliver the phone by Friday, I will be opening a ******** case for ***** against them and the story will be sent to Carte Blance.
