I am LIVID ABOUTTHUS FAIR PRICE I PROTEA GLEN EXTENTION 11, WE WENT THERE ON THE 29 OCTOBER 2024 TO BUY A FRIDGE THE FIRST ONE WE SAW WAS THE DEFY FRIDGE BOUGHT IT CASH FROM THE SALESMAN CALLED VUSIMUZI, THE FRIDGE ON DELIVERY HAD A WATER DESPENSER FAULT 😡 TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE BUT THE MANGER (MALULEKA) SEEMED IRRITATED AND ANNOYED, SO WE DECIDED TO CHOOSE A NEW FRIDGE AND WE DID WHICH WAS THE MIDEA BCD 268 260LT, THE FRIDGE CAME BUT TO OUR SUPRISE THE FREEZER WAS THE ONLY COLD PART OF THE FRIDGE 😡💔🚮 CALLED FAIR PRICE PROTEA GLEN EXTENTION 11 YET AGAIN COMPLAINING ABOUT ON THEIR SECOND FRIDGE THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN GUESS WHT THE TECHNICIAN SAID 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ FAIR PRICEs' BRAND NEW MIDEA FRIDGE IS IN NEED OF GAS 😡SO WE BOUGHT A FRIDGE WITH NO GAS AT FAIRPRICE PROTEA GLEN HOW DISRESPECTFUL CAN PEOPLE BE WE PAID CASH AND YOU TREAT US LIKE THIS NOW I AM HERE WITH A FRIDGE THAT'S NOT COLD WAITING ON FAIR PRICE TO CALL US GIVE US FEEDBACK FROM THE SUPPLIER AND THE RUDENESS MY BOYFRIEND GOT TODAY FTOM VUSI THAT SOLD US THIS GASLESS FRIDGE IS DISGUSTING
So the last time I was on hellopeter VODACOME promised to give me a call that never happened instead I have called in to ask for a breakdown of my INVOICE only to find out that the one device(NOVA 8I) I finished paying in on the 31st of May 2024, the INTERESTING part is VODACOME DEBITED FOR JUNE AND JULY FOR THE VERY SAME PHONE I FINISHED PAYING ON MAY 31st, when I asked the consultant what was the reason for them to not call me and ask if I want to continue with the contract THE CONSULTANT FROM VODACOME BLUNTLY SAID TO ME THAT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CALL CUSTOMERS TO TELL THEM ABOUT THEIR PAID UP CONTRACT, SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT 😳, VODACOME HAS PUT ME ON ARREARS FOR THESE TWO DEVICES ONE THAT IS PAID UP ON THE 31st Of MAY and the other one ended in OCTOBER 2026, MY CREDIT SCORE HAS BEEN MESSED UP BECAUSE OF VODACOM'S INCOMPETENCE, I BELIEVE VODACOME WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME ABOUT MY PHONE BEING PAID UP SINCE I HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND EVER REFERRED FAMILY TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER BUT THEY MESSED ME UP, NOW I HAVE TO CALL AND CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH THEM SO THEY DON'T DEBIT THE SAME PHONE ON THE COMING MONTHS 🤔or maybe this is how they gather the money for the please call me guy 💔BY ROBBING THE CUSTOMERS, I ASK EVERYONE WHO HAS A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM CALL AND ASK FOR THE BREAKDOWN OF YOUR CONTRACT INVOICE YOU WILL BE SHOCKED, THEY EVEN ADD THINGS YOU WERE NOT AWARE OF, I WANT THEM TO PAY ME FOR THE 2 MONTHS THEY HAVE DEBITED FOR MY NOVA 8I JUNE AND JULY PLUS THE ARREAR PENALTY FEE OR THERE WILL BE WAR BETWEEN ME AND VODACOM ****MERS! And now I cannot use the smses tried to get assistance from the customer service but they cannot seem to help me since my portfolio has a problem I haven't had any sms since the 21st of July 2024, told VODACOM TO DEBIT ON THE 1st of each month BUT THEY HAVEN'T DEBITED THEY WAITING TO ADD MORE ARREARS 🚮
I have never been so disappointed in my life, I have been with vodacom for about 3 years if not 4 years and I have never had an issue with the billing but this year May 2024 everything went south after I did an upgrade which I was due for, the consultant had explained to me how the billing is going to be like and I agreed to the terms but June 2024 and July 2024 vodacome billed me but they say there was no money in my account as the "debit" bounced to my surprise I let vodacom debit every 1st of each month and there is ALWAYS money in my account as all my debits goes through on the 1st and 2nd now vodacom has put me on arrears for June telling me that the money that they debited was not the money they wanted (like what nonsense and ****ming is that?), I then asked them what were your reasons for not taking the money that you were supposed to because there was money in my account I even sent them proof of the money left in my account after they took the money that was apparently not what they wanted, I am now supposed to pay R1444.92 for two months as they say but funny enough money went off my account to vodacom even went to the bank to confirm that, imagine paying for June and July plus August for a phone that I was supposed to +-R500pm and you tell me I am not being ****med.

No response from finrite to show that they thieves and scammers, I want you to cancel my subscription like u were supposed to last year December when my phone got lost and u guys didn't help me so please DO NOT TALE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT COZ I OWE YOU NOTHING INSTEAD FINRITE OWES MW MONEY FROM JANUARY TILL JULY 2020, robbing people off their money for your USELESS INSURANCE IT'S A WHOLE LOT OF BS!
I have cancelled my account with finrite last year December 2019 coz I had finished paying my contract with telkom and finrite and my phone got lost I went in to the telkom branch in Nicolway to tell them m canceling my account with finrite but nooooooooooooooo Finrite keeps debiting my account, I am not working lost my job due to covid19 and they just debited R405, can finrite do me a favor and pay all my money from January 2020 till July 2020 they knw my account number, they are ****** litches they are scammers and thieves I just want my money back m done with this company I am done, I had told my bank to block finrite from taking my money Stop!.
I have been waiting for my phone, the lady keeps telling me that she's waiting for her boss to authorize the device and I told the lady that am going on leave for two weeks which means I won't be having a phone today it's offically 5weeks without a phone I feel drained and disappointed I have been waiting for weeks up and downs, I just need my phone!
I was promised my phone on Thursday or Friday latest I still don't have anything no Phone and they just took R196 from my account for a phone I don't have, UNTIL WHEN MUST I WAIT?MY MONEY IS GOING TO FINRITE AND TELKOM EVERY MONTH BUT NO PHONE NO DATA NOTHING!
