I’m writing this review with deep disappointment and frustration after visiting three different Game stores – Fourways, Rosebank, and Clearwater – in search of the R399 special (10kg flour, 10kg rice, and 5L cooking oil). I first went to Game Fourways. When I asked about the special, I was told they had no cooking oil – which I accepted. But when I asked which other Game stores had stock, I was ignored. The staff spoke in Tswana (unaware that I’m also Tswana) and assumed I had dropped a sugar packet another customer left behind. They made rude and judgmental remarks about customers thinking they’re uneducated. It was insulting and uncalled for. At Game Rosebank, I received what seemed like better service. A staff member offered to call around and told me that Clearwater had the items. I drove all the way there, only to be told they never had stock since the promotion began – and no one had contacted them. This was frustrating and a complete waste of time and fuel. Why didn’t Fourways check properly before sending me on a wild goose chase? Why run a promotion without stock and not even place a simple notice on the shelves? Game needs to improve customer service, communication, and internal coordination across stores. I’m very disappointed.
I cannot believe how useless this courier company, I wonder how they still in business, since yesterday my parcel is onboard courier vehicle, when I call the call centre they hang up on me , their WhatsApp you will wait the whole day to chat with an Agent and what worse no Agent to chat to. They tell me that the parcel will be delivered today before 5pm oh please 2 days same story, 2 days we escalating to operation, when they hear u calling again they hang up very poor customer services. After today I will not use this company and since I read the other reviews I will not buy at Temu since they using them. They don’t care,no customer service and they don’t deliver like they say they do. Useless company I regret and now I know no more Fastway courier am going to post on my vlog and ask my friend from media to expose them. Disgusting

If I was allowed to give half star I would they don’t deserve any My order did not arrive, my husband called the driver he is so arrogant and the attitude his name is Samuel. He said he left the order with the security we were shocked cause my husband was outside standing with the security and no order came, then we ask him what was the security wearing and what does he look like, he doesn’t answer the he said he chat with my husband and he said leave the order by the security which is crazy cause we literally near the gate when u drive in we can see u and our security does not take deliverers for any occupants, if you have a delivery they ask you to call the person you delivering to if u have no airtime they ask u a unit number and call the person to come take their own delivery, we ask which complex did u deliver to he didn’t know. We said we going to complain he laughed and said go ahead. I regret not getting in the car and go buy my dinner. Now I know I will never trust Uber eats, I will never order again, they are a bunch of *******.
I regret buying my pizza here and worse it’s the lies they advertise wow. I ordered a Tikka twist on uber eats and say buy Tikka Twist pizza and you get a free Margharita lol 😂 all lies I did not get the margharita okay fine the seal of the pizza was open and the pizza was very cold I had to warm it with a microwave. Trust me when I say I will never order here and my family and friends will not support this. Am disappointed and disgusted
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent charges on my account and the lack of communication and support I have received. For the past 22 months, I have been paying R884.99 per month for my contract phone. However, in April 2024, I was debited R902.99 without any prior notification or explanation. When I inquired about this increase, I was told that the matter would be escalated as the relevant team was unavailable. Despite this, I was debited the same amount in May 2024. My contract expired on the 18th of May 2024, yet I continue to be charged more than the agreed amount. This is unacceptable, and it feels like I am being ****** on a daily basis. There has been no communication regarding any changes to my payment plan or any justification for the increased charges. I expect Vodacom, as a reputable service provider, to offer transparent billing and proactive customer support. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I demand a thorough explanation for the increased charges over the last two months and immediate rectification of any errors. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities and consider alternative service providers.

If there was a half star option or no star at all I would've selected it. I am so beyond dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated. Got into an accident and my car is a write off, submitted a claim. I have a comprehensive cover with courtesy car and better car options. So, when I claimed they say I didn’t have better car option, I disputed it and they said they will listen to the calls, they came back and say oh we sorry an agent changed your cover without my consent. Ok now let move forward I am being told they will pay out. To my shock 😮 you are paying out and what about the better car option I have which says "by taking out our BetterCar Value option we will pay you out for, or replace your vehicle with an equivalent model but one-year newer, if your car is written off." I asked, are you not going to replace my car with the one-year newer model of my previous car, my car was 2015 and the is a one-year newer model of 2016 and they said they will pay out only if the one-year newer is not available this is what they said on the policy schedule "If your vehicle does not have a newer model, we will pay out 15% more than the retail value of the vehicle" but in my case one-year newer model is available. I spoke to the agent about this, and she advised that the car only gets replaced with a newer model only when the car is not older than 3 years. However, the websites states "The BetterCar option is available to all vehicle models less than or equal to 8 years old.". Moreover, the agent ignores all of this, I even made examples and I was reading what they said on the policy schedule, she continued and said to me that they will pay out R90 000. This is a retail value they say ,they will take their access R4000, and they will pay the finance institution and I will get the rest, I decided to do my own investigation. 1.The retail value of the 2016 model is R107 000 and the minimum is R96 300. So they offering me R17 000 less than what they should've which is a *******. 2. They wanted me to return the courtesy car while my claim was not finalized and completed. That would've meant I had no money or the car. The complaint department was meant to call me and they still haven't done so. 3. I am just waiting on my lawyers to deal with this I have been through enough trauma already to be calling Auto and General on a daily basis to follow up on my claim.
Identify Fourways mall a week ago, around 2nd August 2021 I had a wonderful shopping the stuff there all the ladies who were working on that shift they were all the best. It is not everyday when you walk in the store and stuff is so full of friendliness and humbleness. I would shop there from now on the manager was so super nice even told me when I come back and I struggle getting my size she will help me. I had such amazing ? experience at the shop
I ordered my food and my order was accepted for delivery however when the driver was supposed to deliver my order at my place ,he said I must come to the garage to pick up my order but I paid full delivery fee. What was the use to order for delivery? If I wanted to pick up my order I would have drove there I ordered McDonald’s the order is accepted then driver’s kept changing this one is picking up ur order,then 10 min later this one is picking up your order then after 20 minutes this one is picking up your order for the whole 1 hour then order is cancelled I regret supporting this Uber eats thing never ever. I would never support this. Get in my car and go buy.
