i took out a contract with Rentoza , and last month i asked to buyout my phones. which they sent me and amended contract to buyout. the last month , they tried to deduct double the agreed amount which i then notified them and they sent me the new payment link. this month they again tried to debit my account om double the agreed amount as per signed contract which i sent whatapp conversations stating this is incorrect. they are not responding to my whatapp messages or emails. i am trying to pay my account , which they blocked my phone.
Good Day I had a personal loan with Fnb which was handed over. I settled the account in September 2021...and till today it has not been updated on the system and is reflecting on my credit record. I phoned fnb and spoke to 20 operators and not one person can help me
Hi In May I logged a complaint against cell c. Where I wanted to upgrade but their upgrade department did not want to. They advised that I still owe them R656. 12...after showing them bank statement and proof of payment... The customer service representative agreed that I don't owe anything. On Friday I called in and asked to be assisted with an upgrade, the lady named lerato mentioned that if I pay this money in... I can do an upgrade. I paid R656. 12 and my account for this month and I was told be two consultant that I cannot upgrade. Yet my account is in credit of 656.12. Is this service where I still paid funds that wasn't necessary Disappointed and Disgusted
Last night I order paneer makhni via Uber eats... They charge R168 for the meal... And give you such a small amount. Over priced
I have reported Cell c to you numerous times especially last month. If i understand correctly you have created to help consumers like myself and businesses But yet you don't really help with finding resolution to problems
Once again under month has passed and my cell c account has not been rectified... I am eligible for an upgrade and yet I can't because of an ******** transaction that cell c took off my account in May after I had paid them on the 24th April. The upgrade people tell me that customer service must change my account from a debit order to cash payment. But for the past 15 years I have been Doing a direct deposit into their account. But one month they decided to debit my account. Cell c are theives they are *****ing money out from customers accounts by Doing ******** debit orders and still receive cash payments from consumers. When I phoned the customer service agent asking her to change my details from debit order to the direct deposit or cash she said i have to do the direct deposit for the next 3 months so the system can automatically change to direct deposit. ***** I have been paying a direct deposit into your account for 15 years and yet one month you do this to me preventing me from upgrading. I have reported this and still the same bulll**** I WANT MY ****ING UPGRADE AND I WANT IT NOW
And since yesterday no one at Cellc bothered to phone me back relating to them saying that I haven't paid for cell c contract for March 2022. Someone phoned me this morning asked me my name and then transferred my call to the automated service. When I phoned later after forwarding them proof of all my payments they still claim I owe them money and cannot upgrade me
I am due for an upgrade with Cellc this month. I phoned this morning and I requested an upgrade. I was told that I couldn't because of a payment of April that bounced back. I then informed the person that I did do the payment via eft like I have been doing for the past 6 years. Because of this they said that I have to wait for 3 months before I upgrade. I then called again and asked for assistance from the supervisor of customer service which refused to answer my call. When I phoned again I spoke to under person who told me that I did not pay March 2022 account. Which I actually did. I then explained again and they transferred me to under person. If my account was in arrears why didn't there account department contact me. This evening I phoned again asking for a statement for me to investigate myself. The customer service agent explained that according to the system she see's that from last year until current my account has been paid in full and there is proof of payment for every month. So I can't understand why I am getting excuses from their customer service and upgrade department when my account is clean. The people I talked to was Mpho Mashala And at least 5 other people. I still phoned Centurion mall and spoke to Rebetta who they instructed her that I have an outstanding amount from March. I am a loyal customer for the past 20 years and this is pathetic. OR is this racial because I am an Indian.
I purchased an Antec Symphony cooler for R1000.. A day before they were supposed to have delivered. They canceled my order and credited my takealot account saying that they did not have stock. That very minute my son went onto the site and saw that they had stock and increased their price to 2500...I immediately paid for it. They delivered the item last week only for them to deliver clothes... I reported this with them and I arranged for collection of the incorrect items. When I phoned takealot to ask them when they going to collect the incorrect items and deliver the correct item... The lady said that they don't have stock of the cooler... This is impossible because when I placed the order on the higher price they had stock... They must go and find where their stupid driver delivered the my order to and deliver the correct item... This is the second time this has happened to me where they delivered the item
I had an account that was in arrears and was handed over to Dmc. I settled the account in November 2021. I received a letter stating that the account has been paid up. Now I am trying to apply for something, I got told that even though I got the settlement Fnb did not remove me from ITC. This is completely unacceptable. As well as I tried phoning Fnb they kept me on the line close to an hour or more. DMC THAN said they just issue letters they don't release the person from ITC its Fnb job. And FNB is one of the top banks in South Africa
