This place is a utter ****. They send you courier after payment and it's R1200 which is absurd. And when you cancel they charge you R700. Worst damn service. If I can give anyone advice rather order from places like Jungle Aquatics or family pet centre or takealot. It will safe you so much frustration and money.
Something that really tics me off is if everyone at customer service only speak one language. Do we only have one language in South Africa? You are telling me you have a whole staff and didn't appoint even one person that speaks Afrikaans. That is just pathetic. Just for that reason I will not be buying anything from Makro ever again.
This website is a ****. Do not order from here. Stay safe and keep to shein and Temu. There is also no such thing as a refund. No customer services. Excuses the whole time and the stores that items were bought from doesn’t exist anymore and you can't contact them. Just a *****ulent site.
Been emailing for months!!!! Made a mistake of trying flight bookings. Don't ever book flights through them!!! No customer service, no reply, no help at all!!!!!!! Useless to say the least.
So fed up with Takealot. Always problems with their services. I logged in a return literally returned the package to the cargo pickup point the next day and they canceled my return!!!! After sending me a damaged item!!! I've tried calling no luck there. Can't get through. How are you even still operating. This will be the last freaken time I buy anything on Takealot which is actually overpriced and you get items for cheaper at places like Makro who also deliver and actually have customer service.
I bought a really expensive item that I kept waiting for and waiting for finally it showed delivered but I never received it. I've been emailing them again and again even tried whatsapp which was useless. They only responded now saying 30 days has passed. But I have sent the first email so long ago. This is the worst service *****ing thousands of my money and just claiming there is nothing they can do. I will be opening a case and cease all services from Buffalo and I won't recommend their services. This will be the day of my last order that has something to do with buffalo or temu.

Terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone when typing in your booking number the women on the phone keeps repeating enting booking number. No way of contacting them since they messed up my booking. No whatsapp no customer service. And also the places they advertise are mostly not as they seem also the specials if you book these places directly most times you will see the "specials" booking.com advertise are the real prices of those locations on their direct websites
Truly the business with the worst customer service. Only one number works. You are on hold for over an hour and still no answer. No alternative way of contacting them like whatsapp or help on the site if it doesn't match the options. I really despise doing business with you.
These meds don't work at all been using vitamins for immune system, anxiety and peaceful sleep for 6 months so expensive and waste of money. Been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 months and no luck since they won't cancel it with a email. Really irritated with Ips and Platinum life as both are equally annoying when trying to sell something but hart to cancel services.
