Guys I’m really disappointed. I only received half my order with confirmation saying I received everything. I spent 1400 and only received items for up to 200. Please guys I need assistance.
Thank you to Crystal for her absolute punctual response and her willingness to assist with with my mistake. I haven’t experienced such amazing customer service.
Just know that if you are an owner and have a complaint regarding a trustee from your complex it will not get taken seriously. George Rennie is helpful when it comes to accounts. But when it comes to anything regarding their trustees just know even though you are an owner your complaint will not be considered. I have sent several emails to them regarding the issues I have with a trustee but no response. The only response we get is when my partner emails and that to the response is the trustees want to know whether or not he is an owner? I am now trying to sell because this trustee has made things so uncomfortable as she and her friend have been calling me numerous of times to “talk”. She even got 1 of her friends to message me on WhatsApp to ask me what’s happening? So yes just so you know George Rennie don’t care if 1 of the property owners have issues, as long as their levies are paid on time. It’s sad actually and quite disappointing. I guess the minority will always feel it no matter what.

When yourl need stuff paid then you guys are to God damn punctual. But when I need a refund of my money paid to me because if a duplicate debit then I must follow up and wait? You guys can go to hell. Yourl will pay yourls own banking charges cause I sure as *** am not gonna pay yourl ****. Thank you for setting me back for the month. ****ing useless! R1260 in overdraft fees because you guys ****ed up! Still no reply? I don't understand how this is taken so lightly. But God forbid I don't have funds to pay for your monthly fee and something will get done very fast about it! But when you guys make a mistake your clients must wait weeks for issues to be resolved!!!

I purchased a 120ml bottle of solution. It is 3/4 filled. This can't be right. If this is what we are to receive going forward let me know so can swop over to another brand. This is actually ridiculous. You charge us full price but we don't get our moneys worth!!
