3 days without any service. I phoned on numerous occasions, only to be told that it is a Vodacom problem in my area and then, nationally. Funny thing about that is that my phones and other devices that are on contract with Vodacom seem to be working fine. I get the same party line. "OH, let me check if it's still ongoing", and then we escalated it to the highest levels, and the problem will be solved shortly." I would appreciate some honesty!
Ram is unable to do a delivery. I have been waiting more than a week for a delivery. They cancelled my first delivery because they could not reach me. I double checked the number, and their driver phoned the wrong number. I was expecting the delivery today, but I noticed that Ram had changed the delivery address. I phoned the helpline and pointed this out, only to be told that it will delay my delivery even further. I clearly stated that it was not my mistake, not my problem, and insisted on a remedy. I was put on hold to speak to a manager and then cut off.
Hi am not a Cell C client but have been receiving calls from their collections department searching for one of their clients for the last 4 years. I have tried everything to get them to remove number from their list but with no cooperation from their side. Their call centre employees are rude and does not want to assist. I have not had any success trying to speak to a manager as I have been cut of numerous times. If you would like your life made hell just get your number listed on their call centre. unprofessional and rite down unpleasant.
Netstar are unaproachable. I have been trying to speak to someone regarding canselations during covid. Refuse to call me back. keeps on trying to deduct money from my accounts. Worst customer service ever.
Terrible service. Trying to get my internet service moved to a new premises. Three weeks later and they cant find any record of our transfer. multiple phone calls and online requests and still no joy.
I canceled my DSTV a while ago. the walkin centre had a technical issue on the day and asured me they would load the canceltion as soon as the system is up and running. all paid up at the time. They only diconnected me a vouple of days later and is demanding payment for the time that they didn 't disconnect me. It is a small amount but a matter of principle. Their collections department is hounding me over R200 that I do not beleive I am liable for. I have spoken to mumerous people about this and no one is comming back to me.
Best service I have received in years. Always willing to help. My car developed a problem in George over December and they went as far as recomending a reputable business in George and cheked up if we were helped afterwards. Always upfront and honest. Thanks a million.
