Being a doctor is a calling to him Dr MM Banda
I would like to thank Dr MM Banda for an amazing service he gave us yesterday at Plastic clinic he loves his job and he got this energy... I needed some information on my daughters condition he took his time to explain and even call a different department for more information.

Great
I would like to share my great experience last week Sunday the 13th as Shell Garage in Scottburgh , we got service from a gentleman name Lindo. My sisters and I were on vacation woke up with a flat tyre and we had to drive back to Durban , He checked the tyre for us it had a hole he adviced on what to buy and he fixed it for us. Lindo had a smile on his face all the time.

Poor poor service Zandile Shezi
They called me and offered me Data parkage that was November 17, i havent received my parkage they say they are out of stock question is how do you sell something you do not have in stock, i just spoke to Zandile Shezi who seems to know nothing only that they are out of stock I asked her who can i speak to about this she said no one. I asked you dont have a manager she said his in the meeting and i didnt buy that.

Incompetent company
I made a claim in July for a returment policy for my mother filled in add the forms got them checked a subjmited, 3 months later i called checking if they got the forms the lady i spoke to just told me she can see but retirement claim take about 6-12 months ok fine. That was the last time i heard from them no updates nothing today i called checking the lady said they can only see submitted in July but nothing else is showing she will escalate because it been long and she can’t see any notes on the system , After about an hour i got a call from a lady she told me they sent me an sms foe some forms i need to complete that why there is a delay, i told her i got that sms i went to mega city brunch and completed the forms with assistance from their stuff, i even explained to her what forms and how i completed them. When she realize i know what im talking about , she can know see the forms and completed she will forward it. Old mutual such an incompetent company , i don’t mind waiting but keep me updated send sms tell me the claim is in process

Poor service
We bought a TV ,2 beds , dining room seat and fridge at Rusell Mega city on Black Friday , they deliver only to find out the few weeks later TV had a crack that u only see if u switch it on., We called them and returned the TV , now it’s been a month they haven’t given us a new TV. They promised that sure sure yesterday we will get the TV but nothing worse we have to call them as if we didn’t pay for that TV
