Am very disappointed at ok furniture burgersfort, they service is very poor when they want customers they can do everything via telephone to get ur money but when u want refund they give u a run around I regret ever stepping my foot in that shop.
I bought a wardrobe on the 26/04 and in the shop they told me someone will come and assemble it within 7 days till to date tht person didn't come and every time I call the guy he lie to me saying he will come the next time, they service is very poor and disgusting, I regret ever but from them and the guy that supposed to come n assemble the wardrobe is not professional he doesn't know how to talk to customers
Last month a wrote a review about DStv, they called me to say tht they made a mistake by over billing me and there is a amount of r268. 91 which they have to refund me till to date I haven't received tht money. This people are robbing us n not keeping they promises, I regret have they product, I will shop around for better service.
DStv is robbing us, I have subscribed for 24 months price lock of r499 per month but when they debit my account the amount is always high is not as per agreement. Is better to get open view than to be ****** day light.
Am a consultant of Avroy Shlain this people are robbing us, they changed their system for Cash on delivery we do make a payment but still you don't get ur stock, u have to make calls day in n day out they will tell u tht ur payment tht reflect then u send them proof of payment but still u don't receive ur stock, this company is playing robbing game with people. I will advise ppl to stay from them coz at the end of the day u will loss ur hard earned money. Very bad service
Please beware of the company called Mondo(African Unity Life) they claim to call you as MTN selling cellphone contracts, in return the give u funeral policy and charging u r1000 for tht policy, when calling they tell u about the cellphone contracts of r269.
Since I wrote my review with the The Bed Shop Tubatse crossing mall, they requested my contacts since then they never contacted me this mean that they know that they bed quality is poor. I regret ever entering that shop coz now I have to return to shop to buy another bed 😔
I recently (end of November 2022) bought a queen bed at The Bed Shop for r4499 am not happy with the quality of the bed, the base is too weak and the feet of that bed have already broken. It's seems like I just wasted my money for nothing coz very soon I hv to buy another bed.
I have applied an account online on the 31/10/22 till today I haven't receive any outcome of my application, I keep asking myself what could be the delay coz I have sent all the necessary documents their requested and I got confirmation of receipt, I love the brand but now is disappointing me I end up accepting other offer which I didn't expect while am waiting to hear from TFG. Am very disappointed and I tried to contact them via email n whatsapp no like.
Am two mountains client for so many years recently i received an SMS from them stating that my policy is about to lapse I called the customer care center and the explain n I understood the reason behind the SMS then I made the payment of r390 and call them back to allocate my payment, I spoke to Lavani and Brenda they keep promising to cum back to me but they don't keep their promises, I sent Lavani proof of payment on Friday 12/08 till to date I don't know where am standing will this issue. Two mountains have many clients so they care anymore, i think is time to get a policy from somewhere I will be satisfied with the service.
