Last night at around 22h30 my card was used for an uber ride whilst I was home. I sent an email via the app but I still have no response - I want to know where this trip took place , under whose profile. I can provide the card number as I did under the email The first six digits of the card are 457896 and the last four are 7846. I need this information expeditiously.
There’s a transaction of R435 that went off on my card and it’s apparently an EFT. I would like these funds to be reversed because I did not initiate this

In 2023 I app**** to study at the University of Cape Town for the 2024 academic year. I went through the registration process and unfortunately, I could not get funding so I had to cancel my registration for that year. Months later I was served with a letter saying that I owe fees for the cancelled modules. My question is - where will I get this money when initially I was looking to get funded for my studies. I have been handed over to FND Collections now and I’m not sure what to do because I have not ever studied at UCT. This is affecting me
On the 16th there’s a suspicious card transactions of R599 that went off in my card and Nedbank informed me of this and I was given the option to press Y if it was me or N if it wasn’t , I pressed N. I assumed that this transaction wouldn’t go off anymore This morning the very same transaction went off again! My card is supposed to be blocked ! How did this happen ?! I want my money back
There’s a card transaction of R270 that went off on my card and I don’t know what it’s for. When trying to dispute it doesn’t show me that exact transaction. I want to dispute this amount, my account is currently running on an overdraft, I don’t mind those cause I always pay for them but it’s starting to become too much.
I last used RAIN in 202 and that was due to bad network - the first time I called in was to query the network and an agent told me that they have reset my network to pull signal from the nearest tower and I was like okay. Then there after the issues persisted . I then called to cancel my subscription and the agent I spoke to said that she will cancel and that was that. Never used RAIN again. Today I’m being called by attorneys saying that I owe an amount of R900 ?!! How when my last debit was R300 and just days later I cancelled my subscription!!! I’m not going to pay this R900. The failure was on the agents side to cancel as instructed by me! Not my fault!
