Did previously reported to Vodacom and hello Peter the problem in regards to the network signal. Vodacom network engineer did infact call me and promised that they will sent somebody to check out the signal strength not only from where we live, but also the surrounding areas. As to date nobody came back with an reasonable reason for why the signal is week. Also some of our friends staying in Ermelo mphumalanga are struggling with the same problem. Some of our friends has had to change sim cards, yet still having the same issue. This is becoming a serious problem, meaning what if our FAMILY MEMBERS are in trouble, how will they get in touch with emergency personnel and or organizations.
No signal with network, went to Vodacom shop, they gave my wife a ref no, but not even contacting her,the ref no we're closed. She can't even load airtime, this is the sernaio, what if she is in trouble and she can't reach the security and or they can't reach het. This is the utmost worst service ever experienced after being a customer of vodacom.for more that 15 years.
On Friday the 21 March 2025 we visited the Ermelo mall in Ermelo at about 11:00 am. As my wife was closing in to the door of ShopRite she slipped and fell. After reporting it to the mall security, they made us out as to lying. There were a person that did confirm that she had indeed fell. The security didn't even advice us to go and report the incident to the mall manager, they just went on staring that she were either running and or the shoe didn't have grip, and did nothing further. When I got home I searched for a number to contact the mall manager to report it. The number provided on the website didn't work. The previous day another person also slipped and fell at the slite downhill towards shoprite. I personally remember an elderly woman also had slipped and fell in the same area. Ermelo mall should update a contract number and of have an E-mail address for complaints.
Trying to open a business account. But there app says my mothers ****en name doesn't exists. How is that possible
Went to MTN branch in elmelo on the coner of Taute and Church street to purchase 100mb data for somebody els, telling the lady I would like 100mb data monthly. The lady asked me the number which I gave her. Then she as me if it's 1gb, I said no 100mb. She then proceeded the transaction and asked if I'm cash or card. I handed the cash, in wich she only returned R1. I then asked her how much does it cost, since I know 100mb used to be R20. She then replied R99. I asked her for 100mb, then she said no it's 1gb. I then said I asked for 100mb. So she aswell as the manager or boss started to make arguments with me, and said it seems like I am stupid. So to me it seems they just want to rob the customer and or wanted to pocket the monay. So 1) bad customer service, 2) aggressive attitude, 3) doesn't lister to what customers ask for. Absolutely disappointed in the service received and it's not the 1st time.
The cell c ermelo branch services is of the poorest quality and seemingly the most incompetent staff employed right from its management to the staff.
On 11 February 2022 my nabour were tied up and assaulted. I phoned ER24 emergency nr and they were quick to answer the phone, even though the operator had to much questions, when the emergency services were need urgently, they did despatch the ermelo unit, where help were needed. They arrived at the scene within 8 minutes and immediately responded with great care., thank to ER24 they delivered top emergency services
One of the poorest service providers in this country, a specially their ermelo branches, no customer care, customer service and definitely no interest when it comes to solving customer problems. And this ain't the second time having this problem. For more info call: 083 270 6145
On the 5th of july we went to shoprite in ermelo to buy some groceries and walking past the beverage freezers we saw castle non alcoholic drinks in the freezer next to cold drinks, and thought to buy some, since its alcohol free. Getting to the pay point the cashier told us that she can't rang it up, since its castle beer, trying to explain to her it's alcohol free, she called on the manager. The manager then said who ever packed it packed it wrong. My argument is that first the is or was no sign or paper prohibited the sale of that particular product nor was it sealed of by freely displayed and open for anyone to take. Another this that I observed was that no social distance is maintained at the store, the markings are there, but only 3 of 4 lines, and nobody is making sure that its kept to social distance. No wonder they had a covid case before.
When visting Pitstop in Ermelo at late night or early in the morning is a no go, for their staff is pathetic asspecially when it comes to inflating your tyres and visiting the shop itself. On several occasions I wanted to buy from the shop only to find that there is no assistance in the shop, so much so to find that the cashier is sitting in the petrol attendants room and the shop is completely empty with only myself in the store and that the cashier only comes in the store a couple of minutes later. The petrol attendants doesn't help you to inflate your tyres. You as a customer have to do it yourself even though you don't know how the machine is operated. They only stands around staring at you chatting with one another, and if they do decide to attend to you, they walk like they are in slo motion mode, and to top it all of, being arrogant to the customers. That was my experience this morning when I wanted to inflate my tyre. With no one to attend I was forced to drive off to a next feul station, causing more damage to my tyre to such extent that I had to replace it.
