Bad service and music too loud staff cannot hear what customers will order
Where we are situated on the plot in Viljoensdrift, WE HAVE NO SIGNAL, we cannot even add air time, get the message not connected to Network. I have been a customer of MTN since 1992, and must say the service the last few years has been terrible. WHAT if there is an emergency how do we contact anyone if there is NO signal

I cannot understand why some people are in their jobs. I have a problem with my postbank card, and visiting the post office in Vereeniging, I was advised that my card is blocked WHY, the staff there was very friendly and said they would call their head office, to find out what the problem is, for 2 WHOLE days they do not answer the telephone. I have called their customer services line and they also do not answer their telephone. I am a pensioner and need to use my card to buy supplies. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I was also advised that you cannot use they post bank card at atms or at tills.

On the 30th November we visited this store to buy shoes for my husband, there was a young lady who assisted us (unable to get her name), but on the way out I asked if the store had men's denims, in a certain size, and she was very helpful, on the way to the rail I caught my arm on one of the hangers or railings , quite a deep cut, she was very concerned and wanted to call her supervisior. I would jud=st like to say THANK YOU for your concern.

Once again I have to report POOR SERVICE at builders Wharehouse, Vanderbijlpark.THere is never anyone to help with a query and if you do find someone they are either busy talking to another staff member, and if asked a query, you are told "not my department, wait I will get someone to come and help you" which never happens
