I’ve been trying to do a sim swap with Telkom for 4 days now, and they refuse to give me my number. I can’t access my banking, work can’t reach me, I can’t do school work I’ve asked that that I port my number to another provider and they say no. I’ll sleep in this shop tonight you guys can’t just refuse to give me back my number, affecting so many things in my life.
Great experience with them. I received a new phone less than 48 hours after claiming
I haven’t even started studying yet and MANCOSA has stopped responding to my communication. They were always responsive until I paid registration fees All I asked for is an invoice that in all other universities I’ve been in, I was able to download on my student portal. Both my student advisor and finance refuse to send it via email because they can’t see that I’ve paid my registration fee. When I call, the call centre drops my calls while busy transferring I don’t know how my employer will fund me if I can’t attach all the relevant documents
I joined Virgin Active on the 1st of Feb with Roodepoort being my home club. On my first day they opened for me and that was it, and the club manager was mentioned in an email to say that there will be a new member. I wasn’t even shown where the change room is. Until today I still have to faff around to find stuff Because of work I had to be in Pretoria, which is why I joined VA in the first place. I was at Montana today and tried taking a stepper because no one was on it, without realising that it was part of a setup for a group of people. A personal trainer, Chris told me that it’s being used. I quickly apologised and moved away. He then followed me screaming that I didn’t ask if it was being used, I apologised again and told him that I made a mistake because no one was actively using it. He continued making remarks while I walked away to avoid more commotion because at this point I was scare. I continued looking for a stepper until one of the other personal trainers told me where the storeroom is. This incident caused me so much distress, and I can’t believe VA had normalised it
Customer service is always bad, but today took the cup. On the 10th of November 2023 the lady working at checkin for the 11am flight was assisting someone before me. When she was done she folded her arms and stared at me for a good 5 minutes. I realised that maybe she’s waiting for me. I took out my ID and she never uttered a single word to me; no greeting, no explanation of flight terms, just that my luggage is too heavy. Such horrible customer service
I did a click and collect. My order is incomplete. My Domestos and Foam bath is not in the box. My name appeared twice on the register, and the lady insisted on making me sign for one box. May I please have my stuff delivered
Afrihost took R250 from my account without delivering my router. They kept quiet and when I called the following day to inquire about my delivery, they told me it’s on the way. I told them to refund my money because I’m not at home and no one called me to rearrange. They told me they can’t give me a refund because the router is already on the way
I ordered online last year, and some items went out of stock after I paid. I then requested for a refund. I’ve been doing a back and forth with Makro to receive my refund, and they have stopped replying to my emails. So I was donating my money?
I was robbed in December, on the 12th of December and they took my phone. It was a very traumatic experience and I dealt with admin only because they need everything within 48 hours. I then pushed everything to the side until I had attended therapy and came to terms with everything that happened. About a week ago I finally had the strength to deal with my insurance. They reply within minutes but never really say anything except they are waiting for the claims department. I’ve been relaxed and patient because loom has come highly recommended, but now they are frustrating me. I’m even starting to suspect that the reviews we read before signing up we’re bogus because I wasn’t even asked for details on what really happened. It’s almost like all claims are automatically rejected, and they just pass time.
