Good day, I am writing to formally dispute the outstanding balance currently being claimed on my account. I cancelled my fibre service with Webafrica in mid-June over a year ago after identifying that I had been incorrectly billed for an additional line that I never had and been sent an additional router that was never necessary. At the time of cancellation, I provided the required one calendar month’s notice and explicitly confirmed with the agent assisting me that no further billing would occur after the cancellation period. It is therefore both concerning and unacceptable that, more than a year later, I am receiving correspondence requesting payment of an alleged outstanding balance, now with added interest. For clarity: • No valid justification has been provided for these charges. • No courier was ever arranged to collect the router following cancellation. • I was explicitly assured that no further charges would be app**** after cancellation. This situation reflects a serious breakdown in account management, billing accuracy, and customer service. I will not accept liability for any charges incurred after the proper cancellation of my service, particularly where the charges themselves was due to consultant errors. It is unreasonable to expect payment under these circumstances of cancellation due to poor services and billing errors. Received a call today regarding the outstanding balance. Good day Kindly note that your Web Africa account has an overdue balance of R3621.40 still owing. Urgent payment is required in order to avoid your account from being handed over to our Legal Debtors Team which may potentially lead to default payment listing with the credit bureau.
I have baught alot of stuff through takealot. But this is the worst product i ever baught Smok Nord C vape. I received it last week Tuesday it keeps leeking, wont charge a total waste of money totally unusable. When i wanted to return it sorry no returns. Now i am stuck with a faulty device. How does that work takealot.
Worst service ever, ive been struggling for 4 months to get upgrade my fibre now they bill me for two lines that i dont have double payment and a router thats not working. Ive logged numerous support queries and no one is getting back to me. This is pathetic seriously is there any support or consultant that actually want to help or do you just want everyones money.
Ive been trying for months to get hold of someone at webafrica but no one seems to contact me back. Very fast to sign you up and take your money but no service after that only a robot. Ive been struggling with my fibre but no one is assisting. Where can i get service, im at the point of just cancelling.
I am highly disappointed in the service we are receiving, I received my clearance certificate 2 years ago and today I found out after applying for my first car loan that I am still flagged as under Debt review even after receiving confirmation that it has been updated at the credit bureaus apparently someone is not doing their job.
I app**** for a loan, submitted and signed everthing the site says i will have money in my account by 5 today same day. Ive been waiting 4 hours no sms, no email, no call and still no money. People please dont get your hopes up
i placed an order with shein on the 8th of December 2024 and payment went off, and on the 10th of December 2024 another payment went off for the exact amount. So shein took a double payment from my account and now my account is in arear because of this. I request a full refund for this amount.
I am discussed and furious at Rain, I would never in my life recommend rain again to anyone else. Even after cancelling a month ago and promising and ensuring me that the debit order has been cancelled they still take a debit order. Please ensure I get my refund as the message I received states that I will get a free month to see if I still want to stay with Rain but again you deduct money. Either refund me immediately or I will be selling your router to cover my expenses.
I have sent a numerous queries a week ago regarding my dad's medical and I have had no response from polmed, no reply, no assistance. The service is pathetic. No one is assisting with queries.
I've been struggling for almost 3 months to get my report updated correctly on Kudough it shows that it has been updated and everthing is correct but still after 3 months my clearscore is still incorrect. I've contacted experian and mailed numorous times but i dont receive any feedback from any one. This is ridiculous everthing is cleared and up to date but there is still showing an account that has been closed in August 2023.
