Disgusting behavior from Vumatell. My ISP is vodacom and last monday our wifi suddenly went down. Evntually my ISP informed me that vumatell had cancelled my connection and the reason given was that i "had requested a new connection from a different ISP" This is of course absolute *******. It took 5 days before my line was reconnected. Vumatell offered no explanation or feedback as to why this was allowed to happen. As I live in Melvilee I am forced to use vumatell for wifi as they hold a monopoly and consistently show that there level of care for customers is just slightly above a f*ck-You.

Again, a dismal and absolute fail when it comes to customer service! I purchased an item online and am still waiting after 6 days to receive it. Numerous emails to Hifi corp resulted in no response from anyone. I finally chatted online with an agent with the result that Hifi corp would investigate and get back to me in 48 hours. This is unacceptable and I have asked for a refund. I will NOT be purchasing from them again
Visited the Little falls branch to purchase 2 light pendants for my office. The sales person assisted and we found that the light I wanted needed the connection cord to be purchased separately. I specifically asked about the one chosen if it would fit with the light fitting and was assured that yes, it would. Naturally when the electrician came to fit we discovered that the cord did not go with/did not fit with the actual light!!! This is a complete waste of time and will now cost me extra as I have to go back to the store for a refund PLUS I still have to pay the electrician for an extra call out when I get another light STAY AWAY from this store as they are *********** with advice about their own products
Good luck trying to contact them. Every time I call I sit on hold for over 10 minutes. I had an appointment scheduled for maintenance, but the team failed to show up. Emails remain unanswered....
During our recent Kruger park trip, we hit an unfortunate snag on the Saturday in the form of a burst tire and damaged rim. We contacted Tyremart Phalaborwa who told us to come thru. We managed to get there just before they closed and our damaged rim was fixed in no time and a new tire set up. The rime looks as good as new and the repair job was handled expertly by Gavin (thank You!!!!). I just got the feeling that these are solid, Lekker people and they really looked after us and helped save our holiday. If ever you have a tire problem in that area , just go there!!
SCAM!!! I can only echo what many have said! I booked on their special only to be informed that the Pilansberg camp was temporarily closed. They have since gone silent and disappeared - there have been NO communications from them and NO refunds. DO NOT Buy from this scamster Wynard Du Toit
Aside from extremely slow communications - with various enquiries going unanswered and bookings not going thru, it is impossible to get hold of safarinow. Their phone line does not work and emails remain unanswered. A booking I made was unconfirmed and I even went as far as to phone the guest house to enquire. They told me they had no knowledge of my booking at all. DO NOT use safarinow as it is frustrating and you have NO guarantee that your booking goes thru, or how to cancel if it goes thru in error
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! - interacting with them is an absolute nightmare. They make it exceptionally difficult to contact them and get a resolution on your query/problem. Stay way from this scam company at all costs!!!!!!!
started off fine initially - wifi speeds were good with no problem. Over the past year service has deteriorated to such a point that I am busy looking for an alternative provider. I m doing so because of wifi speeds that are erratic, sometimes working, sometimes not - and good luck trying to get this resolved via their "customer support". You need to log a ticket - which is responded to days later. Try to call in - well be prepared for over 10, sometimes 15 minutes of listening to the holding music while no one attends to your call. Try to get a response via facebook site - well then they first need a ticket number to escalate. And so we go thru this endless frustrating loop of nothing getting done.... This has been the pattern over the last year with coll ideas
