My account was frozen by the JuristicCRS department, they asked me to submit certain documents which I did. I called them and got one consultant who verified documents are okay but next time I called another consultant said they gave you the wrong documents. I have again submitted these new documents they required and called them and they said everything is fine, request has been escalated. I am still waiting for my account to be unfrozen.
I bought 8 Laptops from Hifi Corp and a lady called from their store in Amanzimtoti to confirm my order after that they have been giving me round around. Their tracking system is down. I called and am now told the store can't process because my order has been returned to online. Online Department has not called me to update me on anything. So unprofessional, and very poor service.
I canceled my rain internet service in 2019 or so but for some strange reason now October 2023 I am receiving sms's and emails of letters of demand that I owe payment. I am emailed rain support and some company they use aclled nudebt to inform them that I am not a client of Rain so I can't be owing. I have not used their services since I canceled years ago. Rain needs to check this out and sort it in case maybe someone used my ID *****ulently. I don't owe.
SMG general manager Hennie Coetzer is questionable, one of their staff knocked us from behind nearly killing my wife and I, My car is with them awaiting repairs but he is refusing to give me a courtesy car and expects me to be taking taxi's and user's. Their car were not serviced.
I cancel my account with rain last month. They give you internet for the payment based on payment. Now they are trying to debit my account even though I will not use their services in February cause the account is canceled. If it's pay and use, why are they debiting my account?
I encourage everyone not to be deceived by this company. At times I can't stream a simple movie, at times I can't even surf simple web pages with images, it takes me minutes before a simple page opens up.
Rain is definitely the worst, no internet at times and when it does come slow and not even worth using. They act as if we don't pay, we pay money so please give us a good service.
Please help. I booked in Septemeber for our Holiday in November. I received confirmation from the establishment. I have paid 3/4 of the booking fee. This week I get a message from the establishment (Thesens Island:Two Tides) saying: "I can't accept this booking". No explanation. I enquired more and "They said I must cancel with safarinow directly". I have sent an email and now waiting but this is just poor service. I could have looked for different places in time if you cancel 1 month or 2 months before but to cancel so heartlessly 2 weeks before my holiday is just terrible.
I booked the place. I was to leave Durban at about 17:00 to go to the place but unfortunately, I somethings to sort out. I communicated with the establishment that I will be there late at about 21:00. My phone battery finished just after sending that message. Mind you this place is a Self Catering Flat. I had a chance to charge my phone in the car, and turn it on when I had driven some distance. To my suprise when I was about to get to the place the supervisor called shouting asking me where I was. I was shocked because she was an old white lady. I was suprised because firstly I had played for the place and that is not a way to talk to a client. I got to the place, went up to the 2nd floor where the supervisor was hoping to collect the car. To my suprise she shouted at me again, I told her I was sorting a few things out in Durban thats why I am abit late. At that time it was about 22:30. She asked me how many of us are there I told her, because it is self catering place I cam with my children. She shouted again and said I only booked for 2 adults which was true. Then demanded that I pay for the children before I take the keys. I told her that I don't have cash on me for that but would gladly sort it out in the morning because it is late and I have been driving. She refused and spoke all sorts of things. I then came to a conclusion that I am cancelling this booking on the spot, because I was treated like I was not a human being. I am married, a husband of 3 children and that rude white lady because of the fact that I had booked their flat felt she could victimise me and speak whatever she wanted. I did not know where I was going to sleep that night, but that was way better then being at Anguna Holiday Flats. I booked through SafariNow and they are refusing to pay me back my money. No services were rendered because I was chased out, but they still have not agreed to pay my money back even though I did even see the room, neither slept even one day.
