The exploitation of people from this company is on another level, there's a lady called Grace and another one I forgot her name very rude. They address people like they are nothing it's very disappointing I must say. Their contract has only a start date and doesn't have end date, they expect people to work beyond 10 hours without explanation of it being overtime. When they are being addressed about the issue their stuff becomes confrontational and threatens to fire people. They end up tricking people to sign exit contracts without explaining or being honest about the whole process and the reason for it. Worst company I've ever set my foot in.
I am trying to load my token and it's not going through, I'm trying to call this guys and the voice says I've reached them out of office. My question is why is not a 24 hours operating call centre? Since there's always a problem when it comes to their token, the inconvenience of not having power for this long it's just frustrating I must say. I'm very disappointed in this guys.
I went there to withdraw cash with the M number, normally I'll go to the normal queues since I'll be buying something, to my surprised when I got to the cashier I was told that I can no longer withdraw from normal queue. She told me that I must the outside which is for money market, I understood that but explained that already I was in the normal queue for too long I ask her if she cannot speak to the money market for assistance. She asked a lady called Dimpho who responded with an attitude saying there's a queue. I then spoke to the manager who was very understanding and asked the same lady(Dimpho) to assist and she agreed. I got to her and greeted her but she looked at me with an attitude chewing a gum and did not respond, I kept quite myself and I was kept there waiting for more than 15 minutes until the manager came back and I eventually asked him if the lady was going to help me or what, because she was not informing me or talking to me. I was not impressed with the lady at money market(Dimpho), however the 1st cashier that I went to as well as the manager were very helpful. It looks like she is known for her attitude in that store. Usave Tembisa hospitalview can do better with such employees very disappointed with the service.
I spoke to a lady called Anelisa some time last week and I must say that she knew what she was talking about.. She was just sweet and comforting I initially wanted to cancel my policy, because I'm currently unable to pay it due to unemployment and the comfort words she said to me gave me hope and strength that everything will be well Overall she was phenomenal and we need more people like her, big up to you Anelisa and thank you so much🙏🏼
So, I signed for my continuation of benefits for unemployment on the 28th of December 2023.I have not received the payment till today and I decided to call in the pay master to check as to what is happening with the payment, guess what I'm told that they have not received the request for payment from their side and that I should sign again. I tried doing that and the system isn't allowing to do so, it says I can only request 'another' payment in 9 days which will be the date that I normally sign every month. I'm trying to call the pay master back to explain that, no answer. I really give up on this department, my rent is still not paid and my kids are going back to school tomorrow. What really must happen for the department of labour to take people serious? This department is a disgrace.
I wish I knew exactly the turnaround for the payment with you guys, because really we are suffering here while being told about a turnaround time that is not even specific the call center say 3 days and your people at the labour centre say 14 days, which one is it exactly?People need to do their jobs.
Does the department of labour understand that we are depressed as it is, while applying for our unemployment fund. Rent needs to be paid, policies are in areas, we have kids to take care of not to mention debit orders bouncing. How long does it take for them to pay the money in our accounts after we signed? This is really unacceptable something need to be done.
A whole 18 years with capitec, I've never been so disappointed like I am currently. You have failed me as your client.
I had logged a *****ulent/**** case with capitec and it took them almost an entire month, for them to come back to me via sms to say that they couldn't recover any funds because they were utilized before the matter was reported. Stop logging cases for your client knowing very well that you gonna fail them dismally. I'm very disappointed in this bank I'm even considering cancelling my account with them.
I have an insurance claim that was logged with this people about 3months ago, No feedback nothing. The last update in the middle of April I've sent numerous emails no one respond, instead I get a automatic response from the email of the person who is supposed to be dealing with my claim saying 'please note that so and no longer works for admin Plus' . How long must the client suffer while they pay for their insurance every month?
