It really irks me that I cannot get someone on the phone to help me sort out a problem - I can't sell a security because my account needs to be verified - well... why did you let me buy the security in the first place without being verified?
Poor service! I have been prevented from transferring money to a linked account due to FICA, but FICA was completed online weeks ago. Been waiting on the phone for 22 minutes for the FICA department, then the call drops. I am not impressed with ABSA.

My son ordered and paid for a pair of shoes from these guys, first we got excuses of courier problems, now they are not answering calls. Not look so good!!! I would like a refund.
For anyone that is thinking about signing up with Webafrica, be careful. Their aftersales service via Whatsapp is a complete failure and the most impossible and frustrating service experience I have endured. It takes days to resolve issues, one gets passed from one agent to another, with ridiculous lag times between agent responses and stupid questions like what is your customer code when you have written in the line before. Agents don't call back, Managers don't call, their complaints department don't respond - I presume they are just absolutely inundated with complaints. Advice - stay FAR away from Webafrica - their customer service is shocking!
What poor service, having to deal with Whatsapp support is a terrible experience, slow responses, keep you waiting, staff not clued up. Just a terribe experience.
Just migrated from a different service provider that was an absolute disaster - could not have asked for better service - professional, fast, efficient, smooth migration process and my web sites are running beautifully - BRILLIANT job domains.co.za Thank you Chad B
Pathetic service from Standard Bank to have an account suspension lifted. I requested an account to be suspended as a precaution against fraud - not it seems impossible to have the suspension lifted. I have spent hours on the phone and visiting the branch to resolve this and still nothing. Disgusting considering the thousands of Rand one pays in bank charges.
What pathetic service: 1. impossible to get through to a person via call center number, either routes you to dead end where you continually have to redial, or eventually cuts off; 2. email functionality been disabled so can't email either; 3. web chat bot does not work at all. 4; online functionality just hangs. Pathetic!!! Cell companies in general leave much to desire.
