I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The quantity of meat served was noticeably less than what was selected and paid for before the braai. I ordered a combo that included two sides and three starches, but some items were missing from the order. What made the experience worse was the poor customer service. When I contacted the manager to address the issue, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. I have also noticed that this branch frequently changes employees, which raises concerns about management and consistency. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this branch based on my experiences. Customers should receive the correct portions, complete orders, and respectful service.
Since Saturday we don’t have internet, no onset answers the call. The call centre is not even working, they debited account. I’m taking this further for my refund this company is a ****.
This is the WORST internet service provider, every month we get no service for days, when you call, no help is provided. When you get to the first in the queue the line cuts off.
Don’t youse these people, their drivers are *******. Came to collect my return parcel and that was last year… the driver never captured my return parcel. Now it’s like the parcel was never collected. What I hate about this company is that they implement procedures to protect themselves when they deliver but when they do collections for returns. There’s no procedure or protocol. What guarantee do I have because the driver never requested me to sign anything to confirm that they collected my parcel… and that’s why I call them *******. They stole my parcel and I can’t get my refund.
No ****tails menu, offer limited beverages. Ordered pineapple burger ?♀️ The pineapple was rotten. I called to book a table, when we arrived my reservation was not booked.
Never use the drive thru.... they are rude and robotic. KFC employees have no respect for their customers. And to top it all... the meat is not even fresh. Since the lockdown seems like we are sold rotten food, deliberately on purpose.

First time customer there, the staff is super friendly, attend to every ones unique needs. My salesman, Anthony, he was so nice. He made sure I received what I paid for, even when he was on sick leave the poor guy did everything. Their products are exceptional, I'm quite picky but you guys won me. I was st the Brooklyn mall branch, still coming back guys. Thanks Anthony.
