Best product mix and rewards programme BUT the service is horrible, across all products. At this rate I am worried what would happen if I had a claim. They are struggling just to deal with my basis product transition issues. I have outstanding issues for months on my Vitality, Insure, and Invest products!!!
Great clothing options and have had the best online shopping experience with them. So close to Xmas I made an order and it arrived earlier than expected. I was expecting to collect instore because I thought courier will take longer. To my pleasant surprise my order was delivered to my door.

Excellent service received from Dischem President Hyper in the Vaal. I'm new in the area and was walking around in the shop looking for some items. I had two different store assistants ask me what I am looking and walked me straight to the item. It was refreshing to experience.
Turns out to be WorstMed for me. I joined in July from another in-house scheme administered by Discovery. Im so frustrated because I cannot even access basic vitamins my kids and I live on. I took vitamins for one child, and they did not pay for the vitamins for the secind child! Because prevention is better than cute. I cannot access my collagen tabs I also live by. Yet, my premium is same if not more than my previous medical aid!! R6000+. I joined in July already they are telling me some funds are exhausted. I have not really used them much. Other than taking vitamins and a few items which they did not even pay in full! If it was not an employer prescribed medical I would definitely walk away. Worse, I wrote them an email with these queries about three weeks ago, and a follow up recently. Their service emails are unattended. No response. What a culture shock compared to experience I has with Discovery.
Very disappointed with Cielo. I bought a bed frame for my son. I had to make my own arrangements to assemble it because they said they don't provide that service. Later I realized the bed had a defect. Cielo offered an exchange but expected me to arrange someone to unassemble the bed with defect and assembly the new one insisted they don't offer the service. I accepted when I first purchased but refused to accept that cost again! When its their bed that has a defect. To date they have not exchabged the bed because they refuse to cater for assembly. The customer service women wZ the worst. Where she said if I cannot unassembled the bed with a defect, they will not do exchange and will close the matter. Really, now I am stuck with a product with a defect after having paid full price. Now they are quite, which means they will not exchange!!!

I bought 1 pack of curtains extra at MrP Home Centurion Lifestyle. I lost the slip. I tried to return it but the store told me they will give me a voucher. Which I did not accept. I want my refund in cash. The cashier did not send the slip to my email also whereas all MrP shops now have. This is the first time I have a bad experience at MrP. Where I come from, Durban, Hillcrest MrP was the best in terms of service. I'm not happy with the service received here. Maybe its a Gauteng problem! I have this transaction on my card but don't have the receipt. I cant be forced to by things I don't need. I spent over R4000 that day already. They made me feel like I stole the merchandise. Saying they don't know if I paid for it. Hence they don't give cash. For me cash is same as voucher cause the merchandize can still be sold since its still in its full packaging. Customer service email response was worse because they threw some law into my face about why they cannot give me a cash refund. They asked for transaction on my card, which I sent. To date, no feedback. MrP wants to decide on my money, which refund they want to give me. Its my money! Its not acceptable.
I have been buying from Snatcher for more then 3 years and have had only good experience. They are reliable. Deliver fast and the products are good quality. I recently bought cast iron pots and am pleased with my purchase.
Poor turnaround. They have an excuse every time about why they cant assist. I saved myself headache and canceled my policy. After 10 years. They never sorted any of my matters.
