What Amazing service!! I called the GoSolar team as there was a technical fault on my system. Tali and Nabeel was helpful and immediately helped by despatching a team to my home. The Issue was resolved so quickly. Team attended Jesly and Willam was professional and well dressed. They immediately identified the issue. They did their best to ensure my service was rectified in a timely manner. Thank you guys I really appreciate your assistance and professionalism.

Worst Customer service experience from the sales team of BMW East Rand. I would never put my foot in that dealership again. They are definitely not ambassadors of The BMW group or brand. Service is shocking and that is why I purchase my vehicles from other BMW dealerships.
I booked a 4 Night Stay at the Gorgeous 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa. It was such an awesome experience. If you need to take a break from all the hustle and bustle of life this hotel is definitely the place to go. I traveled alone. The hotel has the most beautiful romantic atmosphere for couples. Thank you to Helani Guidone the General Manager for your kindness and hospitality. You are an asset to the Red Carnations group. Your warm smile lights up a room. I want to than you and your team for making my stay at the12A absolutely fabulous. I used the hotels transfer service and my driver was professional , well groomed and friendly. The car was spotlessly clean , luxurious and comfortable. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle services to the V&A waterfront and Camps Bay central. Thank you to Prince , Dane ,Lorenzo , Carmain who all welcomed me warm-heartedly on arrival. It is so nice to came back!! You guys are an awesome team and thank you for helping me with every request. I was checked in by Jason who was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was showed me to my beautiful appointment room with spectacular views. This was an amazing well appointed suite with breathtaking views. I was surrounded by ocean and mountain views. My stay was made very special. On arrival I was greeted by a friendly gentleman Lorenzo who checked me while explaining all the facilities and what there is to do. I was showed me to my beautiful appointment room by Lorenzo. This was an amazing nestled suite with breathtaking views ocean and mountain views. I was also greeted by a friendly familiar face. Thank you Prince for making me feel so welcome. My stay was made very special. Every staff member I encountered greeted me with a sincere warm smile. Woolworths online is a ridiculous scam from Woolworths. They take my money after entering my address and then I get a call from a shop in Roodepoort telling me they received my order. I have called the call centre numerous times and still haven’t received my refund from them that they took on the 25th of November!!!Customer service is the worst lot to deal with!!! They just don’t go de any solution and just don’t care!!!! I am supporting other stores now that take pride in what they do!!!
I went into DMF Carnival to purchase a few items. I found a bag with pictures attached for a 60% discount. I also took photos as proof in the store. The sales staff was really helpful and tried to assist me by calling the Area Manager Msizi Mavundla. He was extremely rude and refused the sale. I then called their head office. I spoke to Mr Gerhard. I explained to him that this is false advertising. Outside the store and on the product is showed the 60% discount. He said it was an untagged item and will not be selling me the item at that price. The price was not in US$. As a consumer I have the right to purchase the item at that price. This is stipulated in the consumers protection act. I said I will be informing Carnival Mall centre management and will be taking this matter further. This is false advertising!! They said I must go ahead as it’s my full right and the matter does not concern Carnival Mall which I beg to differ. I thought of talking to Carnival mall management first to resolve this matter before going to Sosial media as this will also have a negative impact on Carnival Malls image. This is not the route I would like to go but no other option. I placed the other items back that I wanted to purchase and left the store. If they have a pricing and tagging issue it should not be affecting the shoppers. They are deceiving the Public.
