Ok Furniture in Da****rt I had the worst service from the *********** salesperson Shadrack Maifo, he has a bad attitude towards his co workers and lacks customer service, I wanted to purchase a tv yesterday at OK furniture in Da****rt when the lady who was helping me was disrespected by this nonsense untidy salesperson Shadrack Maifo refusing to turn on the tv, he is the worst salesperson in that shop and he is the one who is making people to have interest on buying there cause of his attitude towards customers
The service I received from student advisor Warabile Khumalo was exceptional, the patient she has and her voice of tone was very welcoming and willing, she didn’t get tired of my constant questioning, ooh Warabile you outdone yourself sis thank you for your excellent service and maintaining customer service etiquette to the outmost level..
This insurance don’t deserve a start, they are bunch of amateurs who suck people’s money and don’t deliver, if you don’t want stress stay away from PINEAPPLE INSURANCE.. I didn’t claim with them in December after my car was affected by hail and the drag the outcomes to date and now, what’s diabolical is that when they took the car for accessing they gave me a repairer that was within my jurisdiction but now for fixing they chose a repairer that is 20km away from where I stay, when I enquired they told me that they will note it and organise that the car be taken to where it was accessed, I called today to find out and when the consultant was looking at the notes, it was noted that they can’t accommodate one person lol hee as if I must have 100 people under my insurance the audacity to even say that to a client proves the lack of customer service and the level of incompetence in them, PINEAPPLE INSURANCE IS USELESS DONT FALL FOR THEIR NONSENSE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR PEACE SAKE
Pineapple insurance is the worst insurance to ever exist, they have the most terrible customer service. It’s going to be a month now since I made the hail claim and up to date I haven’t received any feedback on what’s going on or who will be handling my claim. I’m the one who constantly have to call and ask and on top of that my pineapple app is not working and I reported it to the 4 months ago and also the app is not working so every time I have to use my airtime to get feedback. If you want headache and stress pineapple insurance is the way, getting *********** insurance then pineapple is the insurance, they lack all the customer service you could think of, when I call for feedback I was told the person handling my claim has resigned like what a joke is this insurance. STAY AWAY FROM PINEAPPLE INSURANCE THEY ARE ****!!!
If you don't like peace of mind then join this insurance Auto & general, they have the most ***********, selfish, inconsiderate sales people, very unprofessional, inept, amateurish sales people. I made my claim on 30-09_2025 to date I'm still waiting for this unskilled consultant Simangele Hlela whom I've been writing email to and making call but it was to no avail up to date. Everytime I'm calling this Simangele Hlela I'm always told she is on the call and she will call me back, she is one of the reasons people cancel their insurance with Auto d general even after year of being a loyal client cause such *********** is unacceptable and Auto d general does nothing about such people. These people don't know the importance of customer service they lack in that department dismally. Empty promises is what they are good at. Auto & general is a nightmare with their consultants especially Simangele Hlela she takes the cup.
Fishaways in Philip Nel, Pretoria West is a ****, with a bad service, I bought 2 meals there with cool drink and they didn’t bring the cool drink and I’m continuously calling them and their line is busy.
Medirite pharmacy in Da****rt has the worst service ever, the staff are *********** ********, I regret ever putting my script with such *********** people who lake customer service and the managers are horrible lack discipline, that medirite in Da****rt is a nightmare, I had to leave that place without being assisted and their telephone are useless they ring with no answer.
One thing I can say about Pineapple is when it comes to getting people to sign up they are quick to respond, but join the insurance I'm telling you it's nightmare, they don't answer WhatsApp or even in the app not matter how many times you request a call back, it's true the grass ain't greener on the other side, I just worry how the claims will go if their service is lacking like this, the way I'm frustrated I can even explain the whole incident I'm just dissatisfied with them and the lack of customer service..
So Auto and General decided to inconvenience me with my money, this morning I woke up to a double deduction from my account for my car insurance, I call them and spoke with an *********** lady Evelyn who apparently didn't see what I was talking about, I then send her the proof of my account so that she can see what I was talking about and then the call was dropped, I called again and the other sales lady said this Evelynr@tihsa.co.za did receive the statement but she failed to call me back and tell me and apparently she's now busy in the call with a client wow guess more important than me and again I was told to hold the line with my airtime of course.. I called this *********** insurance again so that I can be put to complaints department only for the last sales person to put the phone on the side until she dropped it, I'm telling you about auto and general insurance and it's sales people poor service
Capitec bank is a **** bank, if you're serious about life you better not use capitec bank as your main bank account in fact even just for backing or you'll cry, capitec bank will approve any transaction without you authorizing it, your money gone, it's really not a safe bank even if you keep your card safe it's not a reliable bank it all..
