We have been on a process of buying a car from a family friend and the process have been going on for more that 2 weeks, when we call them they always say they will check and get back to us, the seller is even considering cancelling the deal. We need the car for work, not leisure.
I was involved in a bike accident last year and my medical aid did not pay as I was still on trial, I then made a payment abut despite that I was handed over to the VAN RHYNS ATTORNEYS by Netcare Sunninghill through DOCTORS NAY AND PICCOLO INC, i have sent so many emails and I paid, even last month I received another email which was fro radiology and made another payment. This morning j just received an email saying I’m being handed over, this is damaging to my name. I spent less than 3 hours in the ED but they have made my life hell this last 10 months, this is the worst experience I ever had from a private hospital.

I’ve placed an order online on the 2nd of this month and was expecting the order by the 7th, when I followed up it was now an apology and the new date was the 10nth, needless to say it did not happen, I received an email on the 11th saying the delivery will be latest today, this morning I followed up and the delivery will now only be tomorrow, the products are good but the service is the poorest I’ve ever experienced with online shopping 🤮
I’m trying to active something as simple as the sms service on my account and I was on the phone for more that an hour yesterday only to be told that the people who can assist work office hours. Today I tried to call them and after holding for more than 45 min, someone picks up to Willis I explain my story and she just hung up without saying anything, I dialed again and after holding for another 30 minutes someone picks up only to tell me that I need to call 10210 option 1 - 1, guess what, that send me back to the self service option that I tried more than once yesterday already. Why is is so hard to work with Telkom, what happened to customer service effeciency, this is frustrating, I’ve been trying for two 2 to activate my card from my insurance without success because Telkom is so stupid.
Trafalgar is the worst company when it comes to servicing their clients and the staff have this pathetic ‘I don’t care attitude’ and seem like they expect you to beg for their service. I’m behind with my levies and they escalated the account to the attorneys despite me promising to pay extra to catch up on my arrears, which I did, to top it all, now the extra that I pay is split between them and the attorneys and I end up short in covering the monthly levies, when I ask Virnah Herwitch, the consultant she literally told me to suck it up, how pathetic and infuriating.
Capitec is refusing to cancel the retrenchment and unemployment cover on my loan, I asked at the branch and they gave me an email saying they don’t do it at the branch, I’ve sent multiple emails and have zero response on over a month, joining capitec wat the worst thing I’ve ever done.
A company(YMA Consulting) tried to put me under debt review without consent and I spoke to all my creditors and my main bank immediately, so their registration was removed and cleared with all my creditors. Capitec is refusing to clear me and locked all my funds on the credit card although I never missed a payment with them and I pay almost R10k towards them every month. I’ve been pleading with them but they simply tell me that I need to settle the credit card despite me telling them how this is affecting my finances. I feel like they don’t care about their customers and are very *********** cause each time you go there you get a different feedback. I regret ever choosing them as my creditors, I might loose my car because of this and they don’t seem to care.
YMA is in a process of registering me under debt review without authorisation, I’ve been trying to call them since yesterday to no avail. They have sent the notices to my creditors and that’s already ruining my life. I have sent a complain to NCR and spoke to my bank to reinstate my normal debit orders and it’s a mess as I’m going pillar to post because of these *****sters.
Telkom is such a pain, they might have cheap deals but their service is just as cheap, I have been going back and forth with the sim swap for almost two weeks now, when I called this morning the consultant was so rude and told me he only deals with cancellations and then put me through to the wrong department which I think was on purpose, I’m a disgusted to say the least.
