I have lodged a complaint about a wrong order since Friday, 13 March 2026 and another complaint about Greenery which accepted my telephonic order only for them to tell me that they do not have the meal upon arrival.
I bought bacon which was having a BB on 22/12/2025 and this would not be the first time that Food *****s Market on Polokwane had perishables on the shelves which should have been removed or at least marked down or some signal that they are not at their best. No refund was offered and the store manager seemed not bothered. The call did not end smoothly because I asked him not to speak to me like he was speaking to a child. I'm in pursuit of the matter but wanted to upload this review nevertheless. The tricky part is in the Meat Safety Act_it requires the store to prove the temperature of storage. It is not the first incident
Lodged a complaint with Spur Lebowakgomo and there was no conclusion on the complaint. The manager hung up on my ear. I called back and he hung up two times.
I have lodged a complaint with them. The regional manager called me and I explained that I had two complaints: one with the Manager's attitude and the other with the pay point which does not show the customer the price as it is being scanned. This, according to the CPA is not allowed and my interpretation would then mean that it is *******. The reason I raised this concern is that on two occasions, they have attempted to sell me clothes and shoes at a price which was higher than the one on display and when I saw the receipt, I then requested the store manager. So, I would like for them to have a display of the prices to the customer as they scan it, it is not only good for the customer but it is what our law prescribes. I made follow ups for 2-3 weeks and there was no response.
I found an expired C***** on the shelf and after sending an email to the store, the manager apologized and amongst the things he said was that out of 15 products, you only found one expired product, these things can happen. The product in question is a dairy product.
I lodged a complaint on 26/07/2025 regarding a defect on the bed. Until today, there is no solution and the store claims that I have hung up the phone on them hence they have not been able to assist me. I wish you can get your bed so that I don't have to deal with Lewis again.
Discovery has *****ulently claimed for a service offered to me by themselves, they appointed a service provider on my behalf and the service was not rendered but a claim went through. I tried to lodge a complaint but nothing has been reversed
I would like to lodge a complaint for standing in long queue at Game Lebowakgomo. I told the manager about it and he said his staff is on sick leave. We can't be standing in queue for an hour and half. I particularly stopped shopping here the time that the store was selling groceries and now you have made it a grocery store again but the queue is unreasonably slow with only three tills open. Seemingly that is how the store operates. It was not the only time. Please improve your level of service.
I was ****med R300 for 2 new sim cards and they requested for it in cash (no receipt). I have lodged a compliant with customer care and they closed the query before contacting me. I made follow up with them but they never responded in both attempts.
Poor service from a branch manager-no follow up on my complaint from her and when it was investigated, she **** and blamed her shortcomings on me
