Good day Your app chose 6 different flavor for 1 Chicken while I chose half mild and half hot and on the app it does show that I did order half mild and half hot. Then your manager at the New Market Restaurant called me and told me hoaemi clearly don't know how to use the app and that it's my app and not Nandos app that since it's on my phone it means it's my app that did the order wrong therefore Nandos is no way responsible for the wrong order. He even made an example that it's like blaming whatsapp for not delivering a message when it was in turn me when I don't have data which didn't make sense ngoba the order went through and I asked why the kids orders were right Coz I ordered with no sauce and I was able to select that since he told me that I don't know how to use the app and no where in the conversation dis this man-ager apologize for the inconvenience instead he wanted to express how Nadoa jew market is not responsible for the mess up and that the Nandos app on my phone belongs to me and not Nados at its on my phone If this is how you treat your customers am surprised Nandos still has alot of customers, I always order from you guys and to get this type of service wow I must say being told in not so many words that you stupid and can't use an app by a manager WOW Kind regards Mpho Kgomo 081 389 9918

Never have I ever delt with a company so unprofessional. I bought Fridges and Microwaves and paid for delivery and this company delivers to the address without contacting me or confirming the date and availability. The sales guy at Hifi at Eastrand mall Boksburg Pitso and the supervisor Pretty couldn't care less about assisting after the sale has been done after the received the money assisting the customer is not at the top of their priority. I would never recommend this company to any1 I know after the horrible service I got
My account has been blocked by FNB for over a month now and the person who was dealing with my account is Shaun bishop and when he went on leave before resolving my issue I kept calling every week and I was told the matter was escalated to Team Leader Leoni T****i to give to another investigator to assist and they will call me back to assist further I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for assistance and nothing is happening when I call the call Centre they always sending emails to Shaun and Leonie but no one ever gets back at me. I have money in my account that I need to use but I can't because my account is frozen I had to go to lents of borrowing money from people just to be able to get through the month and now I need to pay the money back and my account is still frozen
If u could I would rate it - 100. It's been over 6 months dralin with an issue of my ewallet being blocked and FNB til today is still investigating and can't give me feedback even at the branch no assistance and when I call the customer care number it's either they hang up on me or just tell me they y will get back to me. I have money gaging with FNB and need to withdraw it

Multi choice is really the worst company to deal with. Have been on the phone wyirh them for over 55 minutes speaking TO thabsile trying to do a simply request of connecting a new decoder a s instead I have been placed on hold and going from pillar to pillar with no assistance whatsoever and what's worse is that of the airtime cut no one from this company will even call you back to fix your issue because they know you will call back in order to have your viewing issues sorted out. You are told to buy the dstv Explora ultra for better viewing and in order to get the apps and guess what all of it is not there at all.as I write this message am awaiting for the supervisor to respond to me and guess what am still holding going to 60 mins of holding just to connect a simple decoder. The agent is even rude and if I had to rate this call and dstv as a company I would give it 0 the 1 I just rated because I needed to rate something in order to be able to write this review
Bought a black Meridian couch from them and impressed with the quality of work although it took an extra week for me. To receive my couch I made an exception that they still fairly new but hope they get the next furniture I order on time
I bought a halloumi, avo and pulled chicken boujee bowl and it's actually half empty I aways order this bowl and always it comes right but today you'd swear who ever who was making it was not in the mood
