Awful service from Auto & General as I registered a claim for portal possession on the 20th Nov 2023. Curt David’s who is the claim consultant is a **** as he promises to provide feedback even after receiving all relevant documents from me. Useless
Unable to get proof of purchase for an old contract I had with Vodacom. All available phone numbersd are not answered by a "Bot" so no assistance provided. Vodacom is soooo ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!
I was assisted by Elizma Heydenrych from the Claims dept. who was very professional and well informed of the process. Elizma kept me updated throughout the whole process and next steps. My furniture was repaired by AllSure who did a great job on my furniture and looks and feel very new :)
The worst insurance provider. Registered a claim on the 09th Dec and service providers were sent to my property and a month later, my claim is being reviewed. When I follow up, I’m told someone will call me back. Don’t go near this insurer!!!!
The claim advisor took a while to get back to me but when they did, they were very thorough about the claim and the next steps
Disgusting service from VOX. I gave returned the router which I used on my previous property but was still debited and charged for the router…I have asked about my refund and it’s 2 weeks and haven’t received any communication from this appalling service provider.
Logged a query with VOX to setup my fibre line in my new home (which by the way - had a existing line) but I wanted the line moved to the main house. Vox is not responding to my follow up mails and calls. SUCH A BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After experiencing a minor glitch with my order, I was assisted by the owner of the store who was very generous to give me a further discount. I will be definitely shopping at Sound Select for my Sound items.
I placed an order online and made payment on the 26th May, and nothing has been delivered. When you call try to contact them, your calls are cut before it even rings. Don’t bother sending an email coz you won’t get a response: it’s been over 2 weeks but I haven’t received my order. The manager (George) is so rude when you try to find out about your order. I regret ordering from them
I ordered online from them the 1st time and I must say that DarlingBrew is very professional and efficient. KEEP IT UP!!!!!
