4 days struggling to get emails back online - from the lets chat - taking 3 - 4 hours - or calling the helpline and saying I am number one on the list for 17 minutes and then get cut off. No, it is not the computer that I am using - I have changed settings given and still now on day 5 and still nothing... I get 2 minutes receiving but no emails can be sent. Fustrated beyond!
I have called and after holding 25 minutes stopped and called back to have a banker to call once I was number one....sadly that has not happened - called again - and 23 min later still nothing third time now so far 17 minutes - -
20 years of Banking and am totally disgusted in the Service over the past 2 weeks. No replies to messages left. No replies to emails - how does one run a business? Sadly this is not one department it is every department !

Note that the emails are coming out again showing FREE listing YET in small fine print it shows ...... I accept the product provided at the full contract cost of fourteen thousand four hundred rand only per year and agree to make the full payment

A simple Estate - a retired staff member - we now almost into year 4! Both Mr and Mrs Owen passed within few weeks of each other. It is mind boggling on how something so simple takes so much time. We have been told as at Friday that Mr Owen estate will take a further 3 weeks and THEN ONLY they will tackle Mrs Owen estate - another 8 months - really! We are stunned to say the least! After many times making contact we ignored and another person has then taken over the handling of the Estate - how?
First visit - charged me for 5 burgers not 4. Error fixed. Second visit - The onion rings were not in the bag. I called and the person offered free waffle which we did not take up - but appreciated the gesture. Monday we ordered and went to collect - only 2 of the 4 burgers were done - was told I never ordered 4.. no apology no nothing - the person assisting had no customer care at all.
A huge shout out to Patience of BidAir Cargo to helping me step by step to get an urgent parcel from JNB to CPT. To be able to have such amazing service needs this review. I had not used BidAir before and it was a pleasure dealing with Patience who responded so quickly to my questions and messages. Thank you - Cast in Glass really appreciated your super service
