FNB Life and eBucks offer good value, but the constant changes make it difficult to keep up. Each update requires new engagement, yet the rules and processes aren't always communicated clearly. This year's new hurdle is the cover calculator, which I had used but according to FNB not correctly. [it's really simple, but I suppose the idea is to say give me more cover?] I don't think FNB is customer centric anymore. I was solutioned and happy, but they just keep taking.
I've been with almost all the tracking providers out there, and thought that I finally found one that stood head and shoulders above the rest. I tried to have another device installed two weeks ago. Signed up online - very efficient. But no call for installation and empty promises of discounted rates and immediate installation when I phone to have it arranged. Still nothing. No urgency at all. Your insurance usually gives you a few days grace and then coverts your cover to exclude theft.
TakealotMORE was such a cool idea - until I realised that one of the benefits was only for news24 and not netwerk24.
Complete disregard for the Protection of Personal Information Act. I can only assume that they don't abide to the other regulations set out by the NCR.
A leading indicator of a distressed insurer is probably the inability to assist with basics requests. x3 phone calls - no resolution. Don't phone around lunch time either.
How is the business still operational???? 1.32 rating and providers still use them? I will be avoiding any providers using Fastway.
Signing up for this service was extremely frustrating. When considering a future ready company - this would not be my recommendation.
