Trust Makro to give not only the worst customer service but persistently poor accountability and exploit customers while ruining their profile unnecessarily. Tell me why I took your credit card and signed up for a debit order that you never ran. I then more than three times kept on asking you to kindy run your debit order as agreed, and you still never did but rushed to list me on credit bureau that I owe you? I tried asking you to remove my name from this listing and just run your debit card, but nope, you still didn't for three good months. I got ****ed and paid it up at once and expect you to close this credit card because I am never keen to interact with you ever again. This morning, 2 weeks after I closed the credit card, I see messages that I am listed on credit bureau for owing you. LIKE WHAT IS WRIN WITH YOU PEOPLE!!!
Tell me why do you get to sell me a secondhand machine that is not even working without disclosing this to me? I mean same week I bought the machine, it came delivered wrapped manually in boxes, not a single manual and plastic NOT the factory washing machine box as a brand new machine. The worst part is, upon testing the machine and washing my first load the machine door never opened so my laundry is stuck in there. Then I called Makro for help, the delay over days drove me crazy I even decided for them to take their machine and give my money back so I could go buy a new machine elsewhere. Surely, Makro cannot be trusted! It's day 5 still no action or even care for such an inconvenience they caused me.
Best customer service, hospitality, and room service just the best hotel to be. Looking forward to another blissful stay soon.
The Discovery Wills & Trust have been deducting some fee from my account for a will I never signed and authorise for. This has been ongoing for over a year. I recently confirmed that I am not going to sign off the will because I am obviously unhappy and concerned. They provided a cancellation form (please note I never signed in the first place), and even after this process they still debited my account nangoku. I asked for a refund of every cent they had been debiting unauthorised, they ghosted my request. ****mers.
These people know very well to call and abuse you, even when you ask them to kindly send emails as we are not all call centre agents. Not all of us are able to pick up calls randomly, especially calls that report the same thing over and over. Apparently my account total debt is at R4000 while with interest areas are at R54 000. I simply asked how were these calculated? Section 101 and 103 of the National Credit Act says the total amount of the interest and the debt collecting costs should not exceed that the debtor owed at the time of default. I therefore ask for your explanation regarding this clause and your interests. I asked for an email explaining this. They have no answers, can't explain, don't understand their own calculation formulas. Clearly, our accounts are also manipulated.
Best customer service from reception (professional and very friendly staff), impeccable and well-maintained rooms, and the food is delicious and well presented. I would certainly recommend it as the best hotel to anyone and possibly extend my current stay!
A few days ago, my car wouldn't start on my way back from work. I got assistance from Discovery Insure, the consultant named "Sbu Kolondiya" assisted me very professionally and calmed my anxiety as I was panicking. He checked on me and was a liaison between me and the tow company throughout. He really was of great help! Thank you Discovery for being reliable and for your prompt response. Discovery health is for money and absolutely nothing at all on health of their clients. These people have 12 months long waiting period for pre-existing medical conditions, but to my shock even in a life threatening lie and death situation there is no mercy at all to accommodate a clients emergency hospitalization while continuing taking monthly premiums and business as usual. Your policies are inhuman hle. So I found a medical aid who agreed to cover my life threatening medical condition and I tell discovery am leaving for this reason can I cancel. they process cancellation without queries or explanation, NOTHING. months later, am called and told I owe them 7K for using my savings and must pay right away or they ruining my name via credit bureau..Mind you I am in ICU post heart surgery that my life depends on and the very same emergency they refused to cover. still they weren't bothered, they just threatened me and demanded the fee I wasn't even told about upon cancellation with no consideration of my ICU situation. Could you not tell me that il have to pay you back the same time I asked for cancellation? You did not explicitly communicate this particular term or condition. y'all just *********** and parasitic.
I just joined this medaid, ignored negative reviews I saw online as I gave them a benefit of a doubt. Only to also be a victim myself. I have mitral valve disease that I disclosed before joining and really asked several times if they are sure I wont have any waiting period, which they convinced me that I must relax cos I wont. This week my heart condition complicated, felt like I was dying, I rushed to closest ER WITHIN THEIR NERTWORK HOSPITALS as a matter of life and death, then this med aid refused to cover in full hospitilisation, saying I used a network hospital that only for day procedures and not for admissions!!! Then cardiologist had to transfere me to their recommended hospital, now at their very own "nertorwk hospitals for admissions" they today DECLINE my heart procedure. The procedure my life depends on, apparenly reason being non-disclosure what what! So they don't care about my health, current emergency but their own processes, I fail to understand why did they not do those non-disclosure nonsense when they took me knowing well I have a mitral valve disease which was not any of the list of their chronic diseases when took me in. I mean they made me leave my good med aid and trust them to dump me today in such an emergency situation. If anything happens to me, if I don't survive this medhelp is the reason for my death.
Best services, worth every cent! Loved the units, love the set up and obviously the customer service from staff... Just the breakfast was not as good and tasty as usual, but overall impression is always awesome!
