Cyber crime is becoming prevalent. Monitor your bank accounts and insist on OTP's for online transactions. R1700 missing out of my account, since September and I only spotted it last night when I woke to R857 off my account. This company has been reported to SAPS, CyberUnit and South African ***** Prevention Services (SAFPS).
A ceramic dragon that had been through numerous house moves over the years was smashed into 3 pieces even though the package was in 4 x layered bubble wrap and gift paper and a solid box. So it is to assume that packages are being thrown around, man handled, stood on or dropped just for the fun of it. It's moss not theirs so why should we care. Oh but there is a clause. If you are shipping glass expect it to be damaged!!

Shocking service, brand new customer. No feedback, no response. 3 different answers, and then being scolded by staff because you aren't listening.
I love how they send out a survey to grade the experience you are receiving, but they lack the capability to follow up on a change of debit order details. Then payments bounce and you get their financial department calling you 20000 times to remind you that the debit order has bounced, yet they were asked in the beginning of September to change the debit order since you can't do it online.
You should withdraw your handsets from the South African markets if you aren't going to make sure that users can fully utilise the apps and functionalities of the handsets through either Huawei or Google. I suppose it doesn't matter as long as the bottom line increases, Huawei doesn't care how they make up the money. False adverti*****t or not.
When I intiatially purchased the Huawei I11, no one warned me that you would not effectively be able to utilise the google / huawei platforms. I can't even use the google wallet or the huawei wallet. Now I'm stuck with a phone for the next 2 years because the consumer is not warned about the problems on the handset. This is false adverti*****t and enrichment.
An application was started in Fourways mall on Monday evening. First my banking details weren't accepted. Then my ID book copy wasn't clear. Then there was an issue with my payslip and then my home address. The sales lady is off today, and not even an email to customer care or the CEO is helping. Yet they are promoting everywhere that you can get a contract. But you aren't even receiving a phone call or an email response. Shocking service.
An order to get fibre was created in December. We were assured that no fees will be deducted until the router arrives and installation has been done. We postponed the order due to the fact that within 24hours an amount of R748 was deducted from the credit card provided. We then received a credit note for R499 as an invoice. We then receive an email on Monday from Bronwen Bailey stating that a credit will be passed to the amount of R249. Today a courier arrived to deliver the router. We still don't have a refund, 48 hours later and can't reach Webafrica on landline or whatsapp.
Due to an accident internally in the office we immediately went to the aid of Rocketnet to rectify the error. 3 days later and not one technician has been out to assist or resolve the company operations. We are not some small home office company we are actually a company that produces and is worth over R50 million. We have exhausted all our personal gig's and data waiting for service that is none existent.
