Good day Kindly assist with feedback on a funeral claim done today policy P000028611244, the policy didn't have have a beneficiary we went to high Court and we couldnt get the letter as the deceased assets are above 250k,we have send the given letter from high Court to assist with claim and the will is also attached. 0714764482 / 0788826612 Shoni When calling to do follow up the lady told us we need to go to the branch and call from there how do we do ups and down where else we don't have money for the funeral
We went to your office to submit a claim on Monday today it's Friday the claim had not being honored, when calling we just being told that they hv escalated the claim. Today it's Friday we have an outstanding payment with the funeral home, we have no money to buy things for the funeral. The body is rating daily as it's a cash funeral. 0734841068
