I am disheartened by the service I am still not receiving. Internet down, speed tests of 0.2Mbps…this so called “Premium Service” queue you never find assistance on the other end is appalling.. Third day without service and the issue just never seems to get resolved.. The agents continuously transfer you and there’s just no help…

I made a payment of R9000 to my account on the 23/11/2020 and I have been sent statement that I need to pay my account but I made a payment of R9000. Then I call the call Centre to try and sort it out and they tell me all they can do is ‘escalate’ the matter. The matter has been escalated 3 times now and I have sent all proof of payments etc that they could possibly need and yet the problem still hasn’t been resolved, useless I tell you. Last time I ever open up a contract with MTN. MTN banking department don’t know what they are doing and they obviously aren’t doing their job. Worst service EVER!!
Hi there. So we had an incident at sundowners tonight and one your colleagues were in a company car. Reg HJ 91 XP GP I’m not sure if this is the exact reg but this is what I saw.
I ordered food from KFC Sunninghill , driver got to my work and came inside to ask for me - the lady in front said to leave food with her and she will get hold of me to come collect my food , then the driver just walks away with my food and cancels the order. This is disgusting service and uber contact details dont work and cant get hold of them anywhere. They take forever to reply. I want my refund from uber.
