Sales guy promised me dreams, returned the car and his no longer working there, the dealership is refusing to take ownership of their mess. Be careful of the promises they may sell you, they don’t stick to their word, they say and do anything to get a sale and once they have the sale they don’t care about you. Worst after sales experience

Very bad and slow service. My car was stolen, insurance settled it on the 1st of August. It’s still not allocated to the account now I’m getting another invoice for the next debit order. How do I keep paying for something I don’t have
Very disappointed in Builders, I ordered 2 items , received confirmation 2 days later that it’s ready for collection, upon pick up the guy says it’s out of stock. How’s it out of stock if they took my money? How’s it out of stock if you guy’s sent a confirmation that it’s ready for pick up?? Very unprofessional! Money deducted but I don’t have the product, no communication from the team either !!

Pineapple is the BEST when you get want to join them. Once joined you won’t get the speedy responses you’ve been getting from them. Claims process is slow, they don’t update you nor does the app track your claim. Claim takes wayyyy longer than what they said it would, while they still debit your account. Another thing, even after the policy ends they debiting me, for a policy that’s not active anymore, and they quiet, when you try follow up? You don’t get help. Can you give them a call? No you can’t there’s no number to call because they “prefer to chat on the app” but no one replies on the app!! I’m being ghosted like I’m begging for a favour They probably going to reply privately so that people don’t see the time frame it’s going to take to resolve this
I’m trying to settle my credit credit. After each settlement I get they keep adding charges so that I don’t close it. I wouldn’t recommend this bank it’s such a mission to close my credit card
