It was in 2017 while I was about to deliver my baby boy I got there then the Dr did a check to see how far I'm open to deliver he then said to my husband your wife is in labour and baby is on his way she is about 7 cm open and I'm gonna deliver this baby my self it's gonna be a smooth delivery he said not knowing when I got to the labour ward about to deliver already in labour the midwife seems to see that something is not rite after checking how many cm meters I'm open she ran out came in with a Dr and a scan machine only to find out baby is bridge and did not turn into position for me to give birth the Dr had to put his hand up in me to turn baby while I'm pushing as I'm in labour and it's to late to do anything ells then baby was born with feet out first I had 3 children before this and never have I expected to give birth like this it was a delivery of hell but if this Dr did not come in time I don't know what would have happened to me and my baby I have the biggest fear in me now then I'm 38 weeks pregnant again now and was admitted at 36 weeks with abscess and was treat by the doctors they way they to care of me felt like I was in a private hospital but the sisters were just unconcern you could feel the cold hearted feeling from them there were only two nice once that helped me as the Dr said I must use ice packs for the swelling but they never put it in the freezer or if they did then I would wait a long period if they remember to bring it leaving me in such pain I could not walk because of the pain but those sisters did not care at all then I was discharged still with the pain of the as the absence did not go away even after antibiotics the Dr give me now I had to be back at hospital on the 13 of may but was to scared the go back still have the absence on my private part can't walk still in pain and am at my due date Monday 24th of june but am scared to go in to hospital because of my previous delivery in 2017 now I'm sitting with pain can't walk or move like normal waiting on my own labour pains to kick In but the Dr told me they would fetch baby at 38 weeks but I'm so scared and it's because I had a still born in 2004 as well I'm stressed out and sacred at the same time don't no must I go in to hospital or just wait for labour pains to come by it's self
I went to clicks on Friday at blue rout mall cape town, after browsing online.as I was looking for a hair dryer and flatiron ,then saw what i want online went to the store and buy if, got home and was not happy with the quality then decided today to take it back and just take a other hair dryer in the place of the two items witch i was not happy with, got there took out my slip then only was told i need to have my club card witch i did not have on me, then this lady tell me i have to have the club card then only they can change these items i then had to go back home to fetch the card and come back again to the store after I said to the lady but cant you help me with my id she ten said no they cant but why don't it state on the slip when you buy something you need to have your club card it only state slip only now i had to spend so much travailing money up and down to just exchange items i was not happy with, this it not fair that they could not help me and i had to spend on double traveling up and down to the store just to change these items I'm deeply disappointed and not even a apology would make me shop at any clicks store again even thou I believe in only buy electronic items from them but never ever will i buy from clicks ever again after this experience where they could not help me because of a club card .
Good day,my name is ruhana permall,I have taken out a contract with Telkom for a few years now,it was a wfi contract,witch I have experience Manny problems with,and I have contact there office with Everytime a different consultant spoke to me but did not sort out my matter,I paid my acc every month up to date but has not experience the quality of the product with was advertised to me,when I contacted them a lady told me because I am experiencing poor singnal she think it's better if I let them out a pole in my back yard,but then I said no I don't want to do that,and that my router don't work probly and that I want them to attend to this matter,then I still paid but for a few months I had no wfi but was paying my instalment each month up to date,then there lawyer contacted me and said that I own them R8000 but I then told them how can that be when I did not use the wfi for a few months because I had no signal and it was off,then I notice the money in my ACC was taken by the lawyers with out my permission and I then reverce my money back because how could they take money from my account with out my permission and when I did not use the wfi for a few months,now I don't know how to deal with this matter and really need some advice forward regards to this matter because now my hole bank account has been interpted due to this where my other accounts for payments was due and could not deduct due to tellkom doing this to me I need them to contact me and attend to this matter urgent please. Good day I have wrote a complain about 1 life on this platform before and they had respond to my complain, but lost all contacts with them regards my complain that was yet to be resolved due to the lockdown regulations of the covid19 pandemic I do trust that I will get a response from then again.
I have been calling the male ward ever since I got the sad news about the passing of my dad at victoria hospital in wynberg, I got there to collect my father's clothing and jewelry he had on when they admitted him from grootskuur hospital to victoria hospital in wynberg so I got there and they give me his jewelery but could not find the clothing tell me the person that was on duty the day my dad came to the hospital was not there and that's why they can't find my dad's clothing now my dad has passed away on the 26 of Jan 2021 and had a funeral already and still I'm waiting on his clothing from the hospital they told me they would call me on the 29th of Jan when I was there and they only give me the jewelery but they never called me back I'm real disappoint that I have to wait for them to give my dads stuff and not the very moment affter his passing we as a family already is dealing with out lost and now this still happen where they can't find my dad's clothing or don't even have the odesity to call us regards to his clothing
It was in last year 2020 when I noticed my parents have paid for a policy they never give there consent to the consultant whom came to there home selling this policy to them but then thy notice that money was being deducted from there account each month for this policy then a member of 1 life did contact me and said thy would assist me further but I could not meet with the neseary information need due to the lockdown my parents could not step out of there home to get them the neaseay documents to get this issue on the way and I lost contact with this person from 1 life and was never contacted again affter I told him I can only provide him with the documents need after the lockdown but no one came back to me I really need them to assist me further as my dad has past away and I really need to sort out this matter on behalf of my mother.
Hi I took out a police with client tell a few months ago was very impressed with there service and they had send me my documents via email and was real happy that they did it so fast but then I was told to download the client tell app and I did show to check my policy but could not find anything under my name and on top of it the documents they have send me all the information I had provided to them was captured wrong I then tried to phone but I never get thru the lines are busy I have send so Manny emails no reply so I'm deeply disappointed and real feel like canceling this policy because no one can assist me but when I did take up the policy they could call me everyday to asked I'm I'm interested now they can call me to fix there own error on my documents I am real unhappy about this and to think it's almost gonna be five months that I will be with them as a client and no one called me back to check if I'm happy with the policy document they have forward to me via email then I could have told them they yes I'm having a problem my details are wrong on the documents I'm real disappointed in client tell. I was at Sportsecne wynberg branch in may month to return a pair of sneakers but was told if I had come on the first of may they could have helped me even thou we were still in may month when I was at there store to return this broken sneakers witch I could not have change due to the lockdown but yet the two guys whom I spoked to was so rude to me telling me jy moet die eerste may gekom het, but it still was in may month that I was there and as if they notified credit or cash customers to when they will be open affter Lockdown or even during lockdown and that don't even state anything about lockdown at the back of the slip witch the other guy told me that I should read so now it June month again so by the time thy feel like replying to my post they would tell me that now thy cant help me to change the sneakers because it's not may month but June month again so now again I wonder who's fault that would be mine or there's now I just want to know if anyone is gonna attend to this matter or am I just going to pay for sneakers that did not even last 3 moths witch the stitches just came lose and broke and had to waist my money by buying it at Sportsecne because now they won't exchange it and there staff just want to be rude and unprofessional toward there customers
I had been at Sportsecne on 21 of may yet I have not received any response from there side makes me think how much they really value there customers but yet I will keep on posting untill I receive a response from there side it's not far to how they treated me I'm very upset in the manner there staff spoke to me after I just wanted to return a item witch I did purchase from there branch in wynberg.
Today I went to Sportsecne in wynberg I felt so angry for the way I was treated and have been disrespected by two young guys, I went there to ask them what must I do, I bought a pair takkies there for my son in November 2019 but saw the sign of it tearing a litel that was in April but did not really take note because it's a brand name and I purchased it from Sportsecne but then got worse and the time I wanted to go to the store it was lockdown, this is what I explain to the two guys who like helped me with there stinking attitude the one told me "jy moet die eerste may gekom het jy Kani no will kom nie" I was like oh is this how you talk to a customer these days, affter I explain why I am only coming now, the other one was like ja you should read at the back of your slip, now on the other hand I went to the vault as well because I did buy a pair of haviannas for my son there witch also broke and I bought it the same time I bought these takkies at Sportsecne but I had no problem at the vault they helped and understood me very well and give me very good service and the was the second time I went to them to take a item back that broke and they were very good to assist me in a very kind manner, but for Sportsecne wynberg that two guys spoke to me in such a rude manner not even how can we help you nothing I had to ask my self can you please assist me but thy had a stinking attitude towards me and I will never ever buy at that store again I like spend over R15, 000 cash end of year to purchase items cash for my children every end of year this is very disappointing to think that these days they have no respect for there customers and they can stoop so low where a store witch just open the other day like the vault have such high quality service and now I have to sit with a pair of takkies witch the stitches came loose and was now told they can't help me but if you think the two months of lockdown was now also added to my return time witch I don't think was my fault I had to pay R220 for a Uber and put my life at risk to take these takies back because I taught I still could see that I could not do it earlier because of the lockdown and I also asked did they send out any data to any customers saying cash or acc or labye that there is a certain time to return stuff and that we open the first of may I'm just really disappointed in Sportsecne customers service it's poor poor for a big name brand store the vault did change my takkies when it broke and said they first want to do a investigation I said no problem they called me two days I could come fetch a other pair and that was way before lockdown now on the other hand I get this *****nce from Sportsecne and these two guys who don't even no how to speak probably and don't know a thing about custermer service make me think to they just place anyone beind there service desk but they can be sure I will never ever shop at any of there branches again just what I had to face today was my very last I'm so upset and disappointed in Sportsecne wynberg branch the manager was not even called for a opinion but yes this is how you get treated these days at Sportsecne wynberg.
