I applied for UIF illness benefit since March 2021. Everytime I call them, they ask me to send documents afterwards they'll tell me to wait for 7-10 working days for the claim to be processed. I'm very upset because I paid for UIF to cover me during times like this. I even sent them an email asking if this UIF is a scam. There is no way that it could take almost a year for the claim to be released if it's real... I'm planning to go for legal assistance. Thanks. Much hope and light
