I'd rate ZERO STARS if I could
BUNCH OF THIEVES. JUST STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER. LOGGED QUERIES AND NO RESPONSE. NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM EITHER. HOW CONVENIENT. I'D RATHER ORDER FROM MR DELIVERY. UBER EATS IS A SCAM.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - PAID FOR AN ORDER, NOT RECEIVED!
Worst customer service. They have the cheek to charge a delivery fee on ALL orders, whether or not you purchase over a certain limit. You even pay when you collect, LOL. But the best part is, I ordered on a Monday, ETA promised within 5 business days, and considering I needed it for the weekend, I went ahead and paid the delivery fee. It's Friday night and my order hasn't even been packed yet. I sent several emails to MR Price for assistance, just to be IGNORED. You'd think they don't care if people stop buying, like they believe their business wouldn't go to **** if they keep up the horrific service

Del forno Town Square - 2 hours no delivery!!??
Del Forno Town Square is useless. 2 hours to deliver food that's already been paid for? Can't even cancel and order elsewhere because they're quick to take your money and then happily leave you waiting for your dinner all night. Last time I'll order from them. Such bull.

Best burgers and shakes!!!!
Forno Italiano has some of the best burgers I've had in a long time. I've also tried every milkshake on their menu, and have one freezo left to try - all of which were really yummy. Their pricing is also super affordable. Love this place and they'll be seeing plenty of me!

MRP Online Orders - DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!
Placed an order on the 23rd of Oct for store collection as I thought it'd be quicker than having it delivered to me. I then got an email stating that the order will be ready on the 4th of November, which was NOT indicated before I made payment! I emailed them the same day, this was 5 DAYS ago and to date have heard nothing. I needed it for tomorrow and they haven't been bothered at all getting back to me regarding my order. I also have another order, that has been put "on hold" as they are "out of stock", yet the item is available online in all sizes. I sent an email about that as well and haven't heard much. Hoping someone can get back to me. Order numbers 107160883547 & 8800911607050. I buy from MRP constantly, but this has me not wanting to buy from them again (there was a lovely lady at Northmead Mall that was willing to help, but she had no information as the order isn't ready for collection at the store yet).

PIZZA HUT FARRAMERE - TERRIBLE SERVICE
I placed two orders with pizza hut tonight. First order at 17h30 and the second order at 19h00, after I assumed the first delivery wasn't going to take place. It's now been 2hrs since my first purchase and I still have no pizza. Neither have arrived. Their phone lines aren't working. They aren't responding to emails. But happily taking orders that they aren't planning on deliverying. They have no order tracking services either.

Great Customer Service
I would like to commend Zando for their great service during the lockdown and for keeping customers up to date regarding their orders. Specifically Lwando that replied all my emails within 1 business day and was very polite and helpful. Good job guys! I'm a very happy customer!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM GAME
My order was placed on the 19th of April. Still haven't received my stock? Game is no longer answering phone calls. They are not responding to emails. They are not responding on social media???? I want to he REFUNDED. I don't want to be credited because I refuse to purchase from them again and go through this again. I want a REFUND for 205467373 and I don't want to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for my money back. I want a refund immediately. Stop being useless Game!!! Do your jobs!
