******, hateful and disrespectful personnel on social media that uses the company name in order to showcase they are not scared if their employer would know of all the vile posts they spread.
Experienced possibly the worst service from the two ladies that worked in the George mall branch today. They were not only very arrogant and rude, bit thought there was nothing wrong to badmouth customers when they thought no one could hear them. Myself and multiple other customers left the store without being helped as we were ashamed of how they treated a lady and spoke badly about her and the fotos she wanted to print (calling them ugly). You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Well MTN. You set your own standards regarding service. As per your own employees, they even state how bad the company has become in the service department side of things. So my debit order didn't go off, surprisingly as mentioned by one of your employees is that they get it a lot as it has something to do with a public holiday. You then cut off my phone, in turn making it harder to communicate and make the necessary arrangements to pay the outstanding amount. What a genius move from your side. So I go through the trouble trouble go and pay it in-store, and surprise surprise, my phone is activated again seems that your accounts departments not. I am still getting no payment messages from you after all has been settled. Please stop being lazy and resorting to automate everything! Most of your trouble comes from doing the easier job and thus not looking after clients. I would be crazy to go on with you when my contract expires.
Remove my contact details from your calling list immediately! What the hell are you phoning me for 3 times after each other and still going on. I have never given anyone permission to contact me nor share my details with them.
So we went to a customer of ours today in Meiringspark and came across a quite unique and frustrating picture. Two street cones put on the corner of a stop street to avoid a small pile of gravel that looks like it has been swept together. Why not just pick it up?? I'm not even exaggerating when I say it will take me 5 min to do it with a shovel. I almost wanted to but remembered that we pay for services like that, or so I thought? Can any person be so lazy? Troubling to say the least if this is the standard our municipality wants to deliver. I felt ashamed for your part. It felt like a joke, but unfortunately far from it.
I have never contacted any branch or entity associated with tfg as I'm not interested. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to bother any of the tfg staff I spoke to over the phone that I don't want random persons cards, correspondence and junk mail in my post box as I am not the person you are looking for. I have received no less than 6 cards for this poor one in my mail AFTER I spoke to tfg staff over the phone pleading with them to stop sending me junk mail of someone else. The last person I spoke to today pretty much told me she as a tfg employee can't help me remedy this situation and that I myself need to send emails to your account departments ect. Funny thing is O don't don't the relevant details of the person involved and thusI can't do anything except for telling your people to not send any material to my address anymore as I don't want it and I strongly stated that I don't give anyone permission to send these things to my mail box. It is literally clogging up my mailbox. It shouldn't be my responsibility to take my time to sort out something that I have not requested or frankly has nothing to do with me. How hard can it be when I provide you with my address to communicate with your relevant departments that no material must be send to my address anymore. Your staff is utterly unhelpful and arrogant and I could hear this is not something that they would like to sort out as it will take their time. Maybe I'm not that important to you as I am not a customer and frankly after this experience will deviate from anything to do with tfg. Disgusting protocol if you ask me. This could've been sorted out so easy a long time ago, but now I had to speak to legal representation where I was told to just communicate with you that I don't give any permission for any mail from you in my post box. I did that, but the lady on your side arrogantly stated that that won't do a thing and I will keep on getting these junk mail in my box irregardless of my dissatisfaction. I am trying this one last time, after that no one could say that I didnt offer my time and also no one must be unhappy if this gets taken further. Please please get someone to attend to this situation.
It's probably around the 10th time I tried getting you to stop messaging me as my account has been closed for almost 10 years as well. I don't want u count rewards or the notifications thereof. Get it in your heads. The multiple calls I've placed to your head office whereby I thought the person on your side understands that I want no further communication from you, only to receive more messages from you than before. This sure seems to be a big joke to Edgar's and funny enough, as I'm typing this message I'm getting more messages from you for ucount rewards. Luckily I have all the necessary documentation plus screenshots from all my previous communications with you surrounding this matter. All that ai want to do here is warn people like myself before getting ANY form of account with you.

I DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION to these sms messages and I have been through this before asking you guys nicely not to contact me EVER again. You will leave me no choice. Frankly I'm shocked and quite understandably very angry and frustrated after another one of Pathcare personnel phoned me this morning with incorrect information surrounding myself. Then after I correct them, they try to tell me that I pretty much don't know that I went to the hospital on the said date. Maybe I was in one he'll of a car crash that I got memory loss or something, but I'm sure my wife would tell me by now. This has been the numerous time when you phoned me to tell me what happened, and when I supply you with the correct information you purely don't agree and basically tell me I'm lying. Shocking how your personnel treat people without having the facts. You should be ashamed of yourself, but I guess that you make enough money that you will sit back and laugh while reading through all these reviews that clearly states where your problem lies. Get your account department in order. I have already spoken to my legal representative, and I was instructed to communicate to you what the facts is and I did. If you still want to harrass me in the way that you have been doing, then you leave me no choice but to further sour this relationship by exercising my legal right to take this further. This could simply have been avoided if your personnel just listened to me and not jump on their high horses to tell me that the info which they received from another source is correct about myself (my sons name paired with my ID number and me being on a medical aid which I am certainly not) and then arrogantly stating that I don't know where I have been ect. I will strongly remind all around me to steal clear of Pathcare as wide as they can. Get your people in order!
Edgar's, Edgar's Edgar's... Here we are, 10 years later, you only falling deeper and deeper into a hole where you can't find your way out of. I stopped my account with you after I felt like I have build up enough credit as a student, paid everything in full and CLOSED my account after that IN STORE. it has been more calls that I can remember and 10 years later and you guys still send me statements AFTER repeatedly phoning you and pleading to cancel everything and close everything as initially discussed and confirmed. What a slap in the face from Edgar's to a client everytime you say you are doing something and then quite blatendly doing the opposite. You have no idea of how much damage you have caused this name and this company will never be able to come back again. May you stay open for longer than we all think so the families that rely on Edgar's work can look for a honoust and another way of feeding themselves. Sleep tight at night with the way you handle your customers. Pfffft
