On the 18th December 2025 I,went to capitec bank Westgate.I settled a finchoice account after I got a settlement quite.However the Lady consultant who was helping me was supposed to use my id as a reference.She made a mistake with the last digit of my id number. As a result the finchoice account is not settle,accumulating interest and also affecting my credit score.To date I have been to the bank at least 5 times and received no help in sorting the account issue. This if frustrating as the consultants from both capitec Westgate and keywest are clueless or don't know what to do.
Spoke to a nice agent ,who took time to explain to me the package I wanted for life cover.She kept on repeating the info so that I understood better.She was very respectful and kind.Had an awesome experience dealing with her.Outsurance has the best and respectful staff.Am happy with the choice I made👍👍

Students are flagged and despite providing proof that no AI was used,they are still told to appear before disciplinary committee and where they will be bul**** into signing and admitting that they cheated in their assignment or exam.They are pushed to sign without being shown where the concern for cheating stems from.They are coerced to sign and get zero or if they don't sign it will be escalated with further investigation.With these responses students fear that their names might be red flagged where they won't be allowed entry to other universities.As a result the poor students just sign that they cheated and get zero.It is not right telling someone that they cheated without showing them proof so that they may defend themselves or provide proof that indeed they didn't cheat.Parents should support their kids when going to these so called disciplinary committee/hearings we should normalise going with our kids or appointing an attorney to go with them since it will affect their future.The integrity committee as they call themselves is just a bunch of adults bullying students.
This morning my daughter was charged R207 for a trip that was R116,bolt sent her a message that she was charged because her trip took long due to traffic congestion.Why is it her fault that there was too much traffic it's not her fault but she had to pay for it.This is unfair and a reapoff.Bolt is a ****.Am very unhappy about this.
I have sent countless emails to Teneo,no one even bothered to respond ,also logged several tickets and to my surprise some Jacqueline sent a message on the family portal that I can only do one ticket.The next thing one of my tickets was closed,a message next to it said ticket closed and resolved.How was it resolved if I still don't have my money. The open ticket said they are waiting for contact from parent for what I don't know as I have my money or any response from them.Yhis is so disrespectful because before you pay anything they shower you with non stop emails. On the family portal they say you must contact accounts,I have done that and each time I sent a new email it comes back that the email cannot be delivered as the email address can't be found.To me Teneo is just a ****.I am unemployed and a widow,I took my last money to pay another school where I was required to pay for the term as it was a late application and buy uniform.Now I have to sit and watch my kids struggling with food because of Teneo. I did an application with Cambrilearn and decided not to continue with the application and within 14working days they paid me back and we're decent enough to send me emails as soon as I told them my child is nolonger attending their school.Now I have to be at the mercy of Teneo.Who are now quite despite the enrollment was never completed.I have also decided to report Teneo to SACE,Umalusi I won't stop until they pay me.This a *******.
I tried applying for my child's registration from 22 January to a point where I ended up looking for another school which I found and my child started school yesterday.I have paid R4650 and requested for a refund and to date no response.So I feel that Teneo is nothing but a ****.
My husband appointed absa as his executor and passed away in December 2019.In early 2020 just before COVID-19 lockdown ,I was requested to bring all documents to absa deceased estates office in Waltoo Silverton.I was advised that if I can't bring them then I should take them to my nearest branch.I took them to cradlestone mall. There I was helped by Alinde,she made copies of policy documents as per instructions of Noluthando from deceased estates.She was told not to make copies of the title deed but place it in a box and send it to them .Now come 2023 absa is now telling me I need to pay their attorneys if I lost my title deed. When I told them I gave it to them no one responded to my emails.The only thing they did fast was taking their percentage.They failed to pay all my husband's debts which include the Municipal bills,sars or school fees for kids. I regret ever advising my husband use absa.Their appointed person to work on my estate issues was changed without telling me anything but her name and I'd are still on my documents.I also had an issue with her when she told me there was a shortfall and I need to pay ,then I enquired why is it so as I was under the impression that before paying me they were supposed to payoff all my husband's debts.Then she said if I can't pay they will be forced to sell my house to pay.I told her that will never happen as my house is fully paid and my husband didn't choose absa as executor for us to end up holemless.Out of the blue Sylvia is nolonger available I was now dealing with Magdalene their deceased estate manager.Who has been nothing but rude to me from the onset.I am now at a point where I don't know what to do or who to talk to.I just hate absa and it's staff so so much.
I took my 13 year old daughter to Dr Yusuf Daddoo hospital on Sunday 18 April 2021.She checked by a female Dr.Duze.When consulting with my daughter , she asked my child what was wrong. My daughter said she has difficulty breathing ,was vomiting and have pains throughout her body.I also told the doctor that my child was asthmatic. This doctor was talking to us and at the same time letting everyone there know why we were there because much as she was talking to us,everyone could hear what were there for. Then she told my daughter that if she couldn't breathe she should take off her mask.My daughter told her she can't take off her mask during covid.How can a 13 year old teach a doctor about covid-19, precautions?She (the doctor) said pains are nothing because we all have pains. She said she also vomits when she has period pains.She told me that we can never know why my daughter was vomiting.She went on to say to my child,you don't look sickly,this despite me telling her we even had to be assisted by the paramedics the previous night at home. She said my daughter had flu and despite this she didn't even give her or tell me what to get her for flu.She was extremely rude and disrespectful.I have never ever came across a doctor who behaved like her.She is really a disgrace to the medical fraternity.So sad that this what we get as tax payers. She then took out 2 asthma pumps and started reading the leaflet on how to use it despite the fact that I told her my child was born asthmatic.She then told us we should do 2 puffs a day to help my daughter.She told me this is what we will get for not controlling my daughter's asthma. She then told us to go for an x-ray to see if there's anything on her chest.When we came back she just looked at the x-ray chart not even in front of a light for a second and said there's nothing wrong with your child. Throughout the consultation she was singing to R Kelly music or talking about how the fan in the casualty ward was doing funny sounds and it made her fight with her boyfriend because when he called he wanted to know where the hell she was. The doctor and the casualty staff kept making jokes about patients.I don't want to discuss other patients but the treatment of the staff at this hospital is a disgrace.As for Dr.Duze ,I feel bad for all her future patients. She doesn't act professional at all.Her behaviour was more like we were at some tavern or shisanyama.I am really disappointed at the way we're treated at the hospital. BCM
