Instead my food was taken away. 6. So, last night the house keeping lady forced to come in my room, after I told her they can bring the fridge tomorrow and I felt that she was invading my space. I ordered and paid immediately during the blackfriday week, never received all the items ordered. Two tracksuit never arrived and no one informed me about the items that were out of stock. Wrote an email 15 days ago case no. 5464941 never received any response to date. I then phoned their office. The man answer is indicating that the stock might have finished during the shipping to customers. To date if you go Adidas online there's stock on the items and sized I've ordered, however the price went up. I still want the tracksuits on the same price as when I ordered He now want to shove the voucher instead of sending the items.

Requested disinvestment and widrawal of my investment in May 2022. I was told it takes 14 days max if all the documents are submitted. After a month I phoned them, I was told request was received they are processing my request. 19 July 2022, I phoned again, I was told my request was fowarded to management for approval. I asked but why! I was told that it might be because my bank is Tymebank, I was amazed by the reason given. Then I asked if the issue is the bank accounts, why am I not informed. Then she said it not the bank account. I'm frustrated because I needed money to pay my debts that's are currently accumulating interest
I bought clothes online, knowing very well that they sell chines cloths, I ordered a size bigger than my usual size. It didn't fit, I returned the stuff and was promised a refund through my card since the transaction was on card. Left my bank details over 3 weeks down the line my refund is still not paid
I was happy with their quick dilivery process until I was refused a refund for wrong goods dilivered due to their own mistake. I was told to go to the shop, while payment was even on a debit card. I gave them an option to bring the correct goods and take the wrong ones but they still want me to physically go to the shop. I really believe that this is unfair
Bad service. Two of the major banks responded with an offer. While others Standard Bank and Nedbank requested further documentation which we've sent via Betterbond. After that there was no feedback on the other two outstanding banks. We then received an email saying it time to choose without formal feedback on the status of the two other bank. We then requested her to follow up with the other two banks because we're hoping for a better offer from them. She promised to but never came back to use. Tried to reprocess our application directly with Nedbank but our application was blocked by Better bond's. Then contacted Lesego from Betterbond yesterday, that's after last hearing from her for over a week. She promised to finalise our report before end of business day yesterday. However I received a said email from her this morning informing us that FNB and Absa withdrawn their offer. When I asked for reasons she said the offer is valid for only 5 days and she never informed us in time
Poor service, applied for Nedbank home loan online after failing to get feedback from better bond. Submitted all the paperwork required and was allocated a consultation by the name of Sibusiso Mbanjwa whom I had to keep on calling to follow up on the application and wouldn't return my calls but eventually responds on emails. After a long wait I wasn't helped because our online application was withdrawn due to the application that was lodged on our behalf over 3 weeks ago with no answers. The fact of the matter is no feedback if we qualify for their home loan or not for over 3 weeks. I think it would have been even better if I was asked if I want to carry applying via Betterbond or process the new online application.
