Harassment
I needed assistance as I have been getting numerous calls from a Telkom number that is harassing me even after blocking the number the person calls on No caller ID. I have an iPhone and cannot block No caller ID. Please get someone to contact me asap and get this number bblocked because on Truecaller there is quiet a few people reporting the number

Bad service
Vodacom barred my calls without any warning and is claiming I owe them an amount... I pay them every month yet they try to debit my money then still add their charges regarding this when I phoned the guy Nicolas working in the call centre he had such a terrible attitude

Terrible
Terrible...I placed an order via Uber eats...the store did not have some of my items and the driver cancelled my order just like that...I didn't not get a refund and my money was deducted from my account. It's the second time that this has happened and I received no refund!!!!!!

Terrible!! Disgusting!
Terrible service every month it loses signals, the recent problem that I have is that there has been no signals from Wednesday until now.... I called in rain and the lady gave me whole list of things to do Even though she took down my address... yesterday I sent them a Facebook and they responded the towers in my area is faulty and they have escalated it and there's no exact time... so from Wednesday there's no exact time... why are we paying for the service then?

Terrible loan service
Most terrible service. Took a loan from direct axis. Still awaiting the loan. They said they put the money in yesterday but nothing reflecting Uptil today. When you call in they keep you holding or keep directing you to other departments. Can't even get directed to right department

Disgrace
Terrible experience... Have a credit card with them which I was only supposed to pay after 3 months but they put my credit card on hold when the 3 months wasn't even done.. Asked them to resolve this matter and received no phone call after a complaint was made
