This has to be one of the worst companies out there!!! This company is literally ****ming people and getting away with it. I'm not sure why Houss is still working with them, maybe they get their cut from them too. Literally day light *******!!
When this company took over Unimet Systems we were so hopeful, and honestly at first they were honest..but things took a turn for the worse. They got too greedy to a point where they are literally robbing us. Their system is set up to rip their customers off!! The worst of the worst...they are ****mers.
Their agents are impossible to get on the phone. I had to call a couple of times to get a viewing and when I finally did, I put in my application despite of the bad coz I really needed a place to move it. Did I ever get a response back? No. I’ve sent follow up emails to try and find out whether my application had been approved or not but nothing. Mind you, they charge a non refundable app fee. I think that’s what they do, just a bunch of ******* trying to collect the app fee from people looking for a home. I don’t think they the apartments they advertise. When I went to view they literally showed me the office they were in and said all apartments look just like it.
Omg!!!😭 I don’t even know where to begin. I woke up today looking forward to finishing my favourite show only to find myself forced out of my account for a update which isn’t supported by my current TV. I now cannot watch Showmax. I contacted support and they say I’ve been migrated to the new one and I can’t watch Showmax on any other. I wish they had given us an opportunity/Choice to choose but they obviously don’t care about their customers.
I have an Aim TV smart tv version 7.0. When I bought this TV 4years ago I was able to watch Netflix, Prime Video and Showmax by simply downloading the apps. But as of today I can watch neither as I’m unable to update them nor the firmware. I’ve been browsing the net for answers and clues but I honestly doubt I’ll find anything nor if it’s even possible. I’m wondering if this then means I can’t use the TV at all and need to buy a new one. I’m really confused.
Very bad service. They took hours to deliver. They kept changing the ETA and I couldn’t cancel the order. Unlike their competitors they charge you to contact their support and they never answer. I requested to withdraw my wallet coz I never wanna order from them again and it’s been a week now still no money.
Aim 55” smart tv was good at first, but turned out to be really bad. It comes With Netflix but you can’t upgrade so mine no longer works coz it’s not supported by google services. Recently it also started freezing and giving blank screens more especially when I open apps like Prime Video and Showmax. I wouldn’t recommend it at all!!
These people are shameless stay away!!! I just changed apartments in here due to my pregnancy. I moved from a third floor apartment to a ground floor one. After the exit inspection they charged me 4k for repainting walls and over 2k for cleaning. So an overall of R6000 of my deposit is gone, yet I cleaned the apartment when moving out. After all that I still moved to an apartment full of problems with contaminated water with a funny smell, a dirty oven with ****roaches, a stove that isn’t working and other endless issues. Also trying to communicate and reason with them is an impossible task. Move in here at your own risk and just know you won’t be getting that deposit back.
Worst service and communication ever. It’s been 10days now without Wi-Fi connection. I’ve sent a dozen of emails and been on multiple phone calls with them and still no luck. Their line only gets through after 10min of holding with no much help from the support team and will still need to put you through to a different line to hold for an additional 15min for a sales representative.
Worst experience ever!!!! My SHEIN order is late and arrived in SA a long time ago. I tried all form of contact with no luck. Emails, calls, and even WhatsApp. I’m travelling for holidays and that’s why I made the order but now no response from them. It’s Disgusting!!!
