This company has bad service I’m not sure why it is still working. Sadly for us who love online shopping are stuck with a branch of lies claiming they attempted delivery whereas they did not even come . You call and follow up and have to beg them to deliver your order
Very bad news, delivery guys refused to put 10kg the package inside the house , after calling the bad mannered boss who is just as bad like his employees. Received my parcel in bad condition. As well like it was dragged such laziness
This is such a bad delivery company , you’ll need to do better to stay in business. Very disappointing been waiting for order for weeks they delivered one parcel and forgot the other one at the warehouse such negligence.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service as well as delivery service of this company, I mean they make you pay extra for ****ty service . How can we wait a month to get our goods I mean we purchased the goods on the 27 Nov today it’s 31 Dec still no parcel. Such a disappointment for a company that prides itself with quality. Don’t make people pay for services you’ll fail to deliver.
A month ago I posted the bad service of Rain and how they keep debiting two devices for one , I would like to help people who plan to upgrade they network To rain one to not do it rather opt for a good reputable service provider. They are dishonest and ***********. One can’t be told that they device is connected hence that why they billed twice when I want to view the invoice it doesn’t not open up showing how much of *****ster they are . I must say I highly disappointed. Posted this issue on our neighbor group, atleast people are taking the advice of not subscribing with this pathetic company.
Rain has really bad customers service you can’t lie and tell people you have upgraded only to bill them twice how absurd is that , it’s frustrating to want to support local have such a bad experience and they lie on how they’ll collect the device only to bill you twice once you’ve upgraded, so people be aware when you upgrade they have hidden agendas , in no case should you upgrade rather you cancel this stupid service
I had a beautiful experience with them loved how the lady Fatima solved a problem and found a situable solution for me . Such dedication love it
I’m so disappointed with the bad service I have received from virgin active Krugersdorp, it’s very sad how they treat thier customers especially those of color . It’s such organization that make one wonder
It’s saddens me to even write this review as I am still tramuatized from the lady manager at Telkom on express Clearwater branch, to say the lady is bully is even better word to describe the abuse of power like that . Her staff members let us wait for 4 hours just to get a iPhone 14 phone , we got approval instantly and than the next we had to get some sms the lady didn’t explain anything, that we had to go through a credit check or something, we asked for the manager when she came through she made a big deal and started shouting and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, what was worse is how she handled the whole situation in front of other customers it was sad and really felt like bullying I feel sad for those people who are under her , to see that lady taking time to even ask for help after hours of trying something and still failing shows the customer the bad work dynamic and management style she has . I hope she’s goes for training at the big telkom shop at Clearwater closer to mugg and bean to learn people skills.
Please be aware of the new fraud scheme happening at mr delivery where the driver will claim that he came to deliver but you didn’t open and in that sense he’ll take your order and they won’t give your full money back. Please be on the alert, a new Uber eat
