No Customer service
Never have i been frustrated by such *********** people who seem to be lazy to do their work Rustenburg Post Office Branch doesnt want to assist anyone even taking the slight liberty of making a phone call even if one could offer them airtime to find out whats happening with ones parcel They wont bother and they'll tell you how tired they are If they are tired why not quit Job Saying Parcels are too many Whilst i paid R2000 for my Parcel Tried reaching Manager in Johannesburg but straight to voicemail Don't know why its so nice taking money from customers but failing to Deliver even the Supervisor is no help

Poor Service
Thus far I've never been assisted with my child's unabridged certificate I don't know is it because im black Its been over 3 years now since i paid my R2500 When i was paying the R2500 my money wasn't black at that time huh I just want my refund because your service was very poor and it seems like one is being undermined Am very disappointed as i had took out a loan to pay you guys
