What a Gem
This is a gem of a restaurant which we found in Norwood. The food is out of this world. Try the soft taco with prawns or fish. The mussels and the sauce were world class.

Lost the Plot
I am sad to be writing this about Checkers Sixty 60 as i was your biggest fan. But recently yo have dropped the ball. I sent a mail about rotten eggs delivered to my son in stellenbosch and no response. The final straw was my checkers order was cancelled because no one is at home. the driver had arrived at the complex and cancelled my order because there was no-one home, he had not even tried to dial my flat number at the gate because it comes to my cell phone and i was waiting. i phoned customer services to speak to a lady that didnt listen and spoke over me. very unimpressed and i was seriously a HUGE FAN

Great Service
I sent a WhatsApp asking for who will service my lavazze coffee machine in PE. I got a quick response and as soon as I sent my machine details I got the name, address and contact no for the correct person.

Poor service for expensive pots
I sent my pot to get refurbed in PE on the 12 June and have not got it back on 19th Sept. I have tried to get hold of PE but they say the factory has not got back to them. I don’t think the lady answering the phone knows the meaning of customer service but gives you lip about her job description etc etc

What’s happened to AVIS?
It used to be the car hire place!! Now whether you rent in JHB or CT they never have cars. The staff get embarrassed. There is never anyone to check your car before you leave but as sure as hell there are lots of staff to check the car. What happened Avis? I am a preferred customer!!!

Customer Service Could Improve
All I wanted to do was exchange my husbands shirt for a size smaller which had been bought by my daughter at Walmer. The lady behind the till was so grumpy and short. I felt that I was doing something wrong

Great service from Builders
I would like to commend builders on their service today. I phoned the main telephone number and I got a very friendly efficient young lady who found out for me if the product I was looking for was at Builders express in Walmer. When I got the the shop a very friendly young man Jacob helped me find what I wanted

Great service. Wonderful friendly staff.
I came to change a shirt my husband at got from my daughter. It was a magic experience. They found my daughter’s email slip on the system. They were so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely shop there again
